"Good location in the center of Kilkenny, walkable to everything. Parking garage is just up the street a minute walk away. The room was freezing and couldn’t get the space heaters to work because the front desk woman didn’t tell me that you have to put your room key card in some slot to get any electricity to work and then they still didn’t work.
