"The automatic lighting in our room kept coming on every 1/2 or so which made it very hard to sleep. l reported it to the front desk and they were unable to resolve the issue and had maintenance check it the next day. Maintenance could not find any issue. When the same issue happened again the next night we were moved to an upgraded room immediately. I am very satisfied with the professional and helpful response of the staff and managers."
