"My husband, daughter and I recently stayed at the hotel, and all had a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptional. From the bellmen to the concierge and restaurant staff, they all went above and beyond. We especially enjoyed our time in the restaurant and lounge where my daughter and I played the piano while having nice conversations. The restaurant staff were also especially good with our daughter. "I love this hotel and there is no where else I would stay when I visit Istanbul. Location is amazing. Close to tram stop and you also have a mall about 2 min walk. The service is great. Decor in the rooms are amazing. Free use of sauna steam room and pool. They even have a women’s only health club where you also have daily free use of the sauna steam room and pool. "

My family appreciates the hospitality and caring attitude after a very long tiring flight from the U.S.The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning with a plethora of fresh,delicious options to choose from.
