"Charming staff at reception Deluxe room was great could not fault it Fab bathroom and separate shower with l’occitaine toiletries which have at home Plenty of towels, great shower and good to ward to brehave a coffee machine with great coffees Nice light room in the tower - only thing missing a full length mirror Apart from that could not fault Delightful staff Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow If you can I would recommend staying here you will enjoy it!!! "Like some other reviewers on here, I was a bit wary of what to expect after reading some of the other reviews, but in reality, we received a warm welcome from the reception staff, and booking a standard plus room gave us a room with a sea view. Although there was no air-conditioning, having three sash windows in the room meant that we had air flowing through the room, and so despite it being one of the hottest weekends of the year, we were able to sleep comfortably. Street noise tended to quieten down around 11pm to midnight, although on the Sunday there was music down on the beach until 12.30, but it didn’t really disturb us too badly. Breakfast was included - it was a simple affair of various breads (English muffins, crumpets, bread, tea cakes) for toasting, along with butter and jams and spreads, Greek style yogurt as well as flavoured yogurts, granola and some cereals. Instant coffee and tea were available to make yourself, though I opted for juice and grabbed espresso-based options whilst out and about in Brighton. So simple, but it did the job! We were impressed with the size of our room, and the bed was huge and comfortable. Nice big clean shower although I would’ve liked more water pressure. All in all, a good stay at a good price. We would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is very conveniently located near all the action in Brighton. All attractions are within walking distance or a short bus ride away. I was very pleased with hotel staff in handling my luggage when I got into town early and explored the area after check out. The room was very spacious, clean, and updated. "
