Hands down the most friendly, helpful staff of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Every employee we spoke with was so incredibly kind and eager to help. Very clean rooms. Gorgeous views. We were able to walk to the warf and felt very safe having our car in the garage at the hotel.

The hotel was really nice from inside and very close to Union Square and Market Street. The rooms were a bit small but very well equipped. Smeg refrigerator and a Nespresso machine with a lot of coffee capsules. The room was clean.

Great location, room and staff. Hotel was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Fantastic location, clean, large rooms. The staff are great. Met all of our requests and gave great advice on things to do and see in SF.

I would stay here again for the value. This is an older property being updated to a boutique hotel. We only slept here. There are still the musty smells. It's a good walk to DL -- we thought we could enter by the adjacent parking lot--however DL made sure we couldn't get access. It was for employees only.
