"Great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lewis is a real credit to the team. Tidy, clean and well maintained. The only thing we saw that was dirty was the sticky lift doors everything else was immaculate. Beds were really comfy, great bedding, shower great. Nice size tv. I was really pleased the kettle was sparkling, its one of the things that bothers me in hotels, if the kettle is gross and full of limescale. Really enjoyable stay. Would recommend and go back if i needed to stay in the area again. "

"Accommodation was ok and staff were friendly, clean rooms couldn’t ask for much more. The restaurant let the hotel down. Firstly when my husband asked about booking a table the first waiter wasn’t friendly. We ordered a mocktail which never came we had to query it before they realised it’s because they ran out of mint. The food was ok but expensive, not many vegetarian options. They advertised sticky toffee pudding which was actually syrup pudding with a pot of toffee sauce. I was gutted was so looking forward to it ask don’t eat puddings often. when I queried it the waiter they thought I was weird, I suggest you google sticky toffee pudding recipe! Great that children under 5 eat free but no vegetarian option on the menu, we had to ask, when it came out it was missing veg which was advertised. Breakfast was ok, although the cooked breakfast buffet had no vegetarian options and they used caged eggs! Shameful i hope they find it in their conscious to move to free range. Would stay in the accommodation again but would find somewhere else to eat!"

"We had such a great time at this property! It was clean and warm, check in was super easy and the few questions we had were answered really quickly. Will definitely recommend to any friends thinking of holidaying in the area in future. "

"I didn't like it at all because you can't even use the grill. On the website it says hot tub is included but it's not like that. You only get a message after booking if you want a hot tub you have to pay extra. My opinion is that this should be attached to the website."

"A lovely coach house and ideally placed to visit Winchester Christmas markets and the surrounding lovely towns of the New Forest. Very comfortable and warm and decorated for Christmas which was nice.The coach house is very well equipped and has everything you would need.We were welcomed by the owner and although in the garden of a big house, it felt private.Also very close to Southampton which would be great for visiting family and friends."

"We were here the night before a cruise. Other hotels near cruise port were double the price. This was still convenient and much less expensive. Clean and nice. Friendly staff. "
