Wonderful stay

The property was beautiful, the house was perfect for our family. Our host was very communicative and she thought of everything we could possibly need down to extra phone chargers in case we forgot. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Knoxville.

Cute country vibe while being accessible to all things Knoxville

The host was great and went above and beyond with information and bonuses for the weary traveler. The home and spaces were larger than expected, plus a nice blend of old-school farmhouse charm decor with modern amenities.In beautiful, private and peaceful area - especially if you enjoy nature, this a great stay.

Tennessee home away from home

This gorgeous home is tucked away and yet still so accessible to downtown Knoxville and everything you need! The porch swing swept me back to slow mornings growing up in Tennessee.

i could go on and on but the property is just amazing and we had so much fun! me and my friends felt like little kids playing outside it was a great time! and the host was a absolute doll so kind can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful escape into relaxing farm Haven

Green rolling hills, unpretentious and cozy luxury features, with fun vintage touches throughout, made for sweet downhome getaway time during our stay in Knoxville. Our little friends and family getaway, designed to celebrate a loved ones' graduation could not have been more pleasant. All the thoughtful touches and attention to every detail ensured our delight at every turn. Perfect place for a family getaway or a friend's weekend of just hanging together in the house or exploration in the city. You will not regret booking Alicia's lovely farmhouse!could not have been more pleasant.

Lovely property with n SoKno

Beautifully apportioned old farmhouse restored with modern amenities. Pastoral location minutes from downtown. So close to green space and is very green and peaceful. Quiet and you’d never know you were that close to a city. The front porch is heaven as it overlooks a great green field with massive old trees. Stocked with everything you could ever want or need. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. One of the nicest unpretentious offerings I’ve seen. It just felt cozy. Sunny. Green. Wish we stayed a few more days.

Beautiful home! Close to everything yet private

This farm house has been updated yet still has the farmhouse authentic vibe. The master bath is a treat! Deep bathtub and double head shower are amazing. The front porch has a swing and adirondack chairs for reading, talking or relaxing. There are 2 tree swings in the yard and plenty of room to play. Alicia has seriously thought of everything. She provides great information and provides things like extra chargers, toys for kids, games, plenty of toiletries, extra blankets, towels, kitchen items and more. She was easy to communicate with and accommodating. The drive to downtown Knoxville is only 10 minutes from this home. There are nearby restaurants, stores and more. We will be back soon!
