MN Happy Nest by Tiny Away, situated in Queensland's Scenic Rim Region, is conveniently located just an hour's drive from the bustling cities of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The Gold Coast is renowned for its world-class surf breaks and breathtaking beaches, adding to the allure of this vibrant region.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of this countryside farm stay, enveloped by lush woodlands, vibrant wildlife, and melodious birdlife. Nearby the local delights of Beaudesert Fish & Chips or stock up at IGA Beaudesert. And just an hour's drive to the sun-kissed shores of Palm Beach Gold Coast.

For those seeking adventure, don't miss the breathtaking Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk or the enchanting Curtis Falls Walking Track, all within a 48-52-minute drive away.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except the neighboring resident's fences or property. If you're interested in stunning lookouts and bushwalking trails, Mt. Maroon, Wayralong Dam, and Mt. Lindesay are just a few of the attractions in the area.

MN Happy Nest by Tiny Away is located in the rural area of Kooralbyn, in the Scenic Rim Region. It’s a peaceful spot where you can enjoy bushwalks, campsites, and local attractions—just an hour’s drive from Brisbane or the Gold Coast.

There’s plenty to explore nearby. Our local recommendations include Mt. Lindesay and Mt. Maroon for challenging hikes, and Curtis Falls for a peaceful waterfall walk. Visit the Camel Farm to learn about organic farming, or relax by Wyaralong and Maroon Dams, great for water activities and camping. Enjoy the Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk for a unique treetop experience, and unwind at Palm Beach Gold Coast with cycling or a friendly game of cricket.

By public transport: We have a limousine service, if they come to Brisbane by air, from Brisbane Airport to Kooralbyn $250 (Mercedes Benz V250). If you're interested, please contact you land host 24 hrs prior to arrival. Thank you!

Firepit out the front with BBQ hotplates & mesh grill was used every day

This is a "Tiny" house - very small to what we expected but at least it has a large verandah with an outdoor table & seats plus 2 sun chairs where one can sit out and admire the lovely mountain view. Ample power points. Firepit out the front with BBQ hotplates & mesh grill was used every day & for us this was the highlight and the reason we chose this property. The immediate surrounds are untidy and ugly - mainly old building debris which should be cleaned away if it's to be used for rentals. Communication was excellent & the host Ming was superb. Anything we needed additionally he supplied free of charge. We were cold - he brought a heater (has an A/C which didn't put out much heat), more firewood, firelighters plus more toilet rolls (only 1 supplied for 4 nights, 3 days) Ming is one of the best & most helpful hosts we have had. He really cares about his guests comfort. Bedding is excellent & there are plenty of good quality towels. One last thing. The gravel driveway to the house is quite steep but we were able to get in and out easy enough with our CX5.
