It was a basic style, good for those who save. A;; devices were in working order, clean, and pleasing. I wish there was a fridge, and better pillows, though.

Excellent location and a great price. Breakfast was very good. A very clean, well organised hotel. Only one thing let it down. Only one pillow and a small one at that. I asked for another and was given one immediately. Overall, very good value for money.

This is a very conveniently located hotel right next to the train station and other places that make a connecting trip within Krakow perfect. The room itself was very tight, hardly big enough for two people, but I was impressed with how well the cleaner's managed to clean it. The staff could be a bit better, as they seemed to be annoyed anytime asking for essential items such as an iron, fork/spoon, extra towel, etc.

Very economical, great location at a good price. Cozy room with all amenities as needed for two adults. Buffet continental breakfast was a great bonus. Was able to store luggage after check out. Only challenge was no hairdryer in the room. Available at reception but all were checked out when I required it. Minor inconvenience with a bery messy hairdo in the morning. Will stay here again.

The hotel is excellently located about a 5 minute walk from Kraków Główny station and also the huge Galeria Krakowska shopping centre. The number 3 tram stops just yards away and this stops near the Old Town and also Plac Nowy. The room was clean, although small but this was to be expected at a budget hotel. There was a TV, free WiFi and air conditioning. The bathroom was odd with the shower being in the actual room, but wasn’t an issue for us. It would possibly cause an issue for friends sharing the room, rather than a couple. The bed was a little uncomfortable, with the mattress being supported by a thin piece of wood, and the bed itself was very low down towards the floor. The reception staff were friendly and provided us with additional pillows as you only get two as standard on the double bed. Overall the hotel was a good base for our trip to Kraków. Overall, the hotel does what it says on the tin, just don’t go expecting any frills and fancies.

This hotel is clean and quiet. The staff is professional and does all it is possible to help the customer. The breakfast is correct but that day there was a group of students so it needed almost 20 minutes to reach the buffet, but I think it was an exception!

Great location right by the train station. Good value for the price paid. The facility was clean. The front desk surprisingly nice and accommodating for a budget facility. Appreciated hot/cold water in the lobby. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Did not eat here so can’t comment on the food. Several dining options nearby.

Hotel was very clean , basic and have air conditioning which was very good for the price we paid for. Distances to all the attractions within 15 minutes, and the hotel Is few minutes from railway station. I would stay again.

Great location
Basic room with few facilities but very clean. Had a nice view over the railway tracks. Breakfast was adequate with cereal, apples, salad, bread, ryvita, jam and biscuits. The best point is the location. 5 mins walk to the train station (to the airport too) and 10 mins to the old town.

Nice hotel
Very good service. They let us to check in earlier what was very important as we traveled long and needed rest. Clean rooms. Very closed to train and bus station. Also to old city. Use this hotel again.
