Easy cheap stay over NYE in Krakow. 10 mins walk to main square, supermarket next door - easy. Standard 3 star security good and didn’t come into any issues

Really enjoyed my stay here. The area is right on the edge of the centre of town and so is ideal for any traveller. The staff were superb and the instructions to access the property, after check-in had closed, were brilliant. It is a traditional Polish hotel and gives you everything you could possibly need, at a very competitive price

Proximity to town centre was great. The communication before and during our stay was great. Friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was mostly continental with salad. We would stay here again.

Good Value & Great Location,
Nice hotel, comfortable basic room, spacious, fantastic breakfast options, excellent location for Centre and Railway Station. Shame the TV only provided Polish language channels, but overall, good value and would visit again.

Property is beautiful and clean, in a great location. A little bit noisy during the night depending on the position of the room (ours was facing the street). Still, I totally recommend this hotel.

Kosmopolita, great value and helpful hotel
Our stay at Kosmopolita rooms was brilliant, they were so helpful throughout. I highly recommend the hotel. It was close to the beautiful old town but far enough away so it wasn't really busy. I can't say enough how helpful the staff were, they booked us taxis without hesitation. Very competent people. The only downside is that the breakfast dining room is too small. It was cramped at times. Thank you though Kosmopolita!

The apartment was located approx 15mins walk from Krakow market place. There was a mini kitchen with fridge sink and dual hot plate but we only used the fridge. There are number of nearby restaurants serving typical polish cuisine 5 mins walk away in Slowkowska street. Breakfast is available in the hotel and it is a buffet style breakfast. Small bread rolls, meat slices , cheese,cereals, yoghurts etc and pastries the type change daily. If you want to arrive by train, the main Krakow station is approx 15 min walk in the Galeria Krakowska shopping mall. If you arrive after 8pm make sure you tell Kosmopolita and they can give you a code for the entry door

Good location - short walk from train station and the old town.Very comfortable room in a lovely period building. Spacious en-suite bathroom. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
Really enjoyed my stay here. Location was ideal....just a short stroll away from Old Town. Excellent value accommodation with very adequate breakfast available. I'd happily stay here again

Good price/quality ratio
First of all the hotel was very reasonably priced and the breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can walk to the train station and to the old town easily. There wasn't so much noise from the street that was described in the previous reviews. The bathroom wasn't super new but it was ok and it was good to have towels packed. You should consider the amount you paid. The cups, glasses in the breakfast room can be cleaner. Overall I recommend this hotel 👍

Disappointed
Room was at front of building so constant noise until about 0300 in the morning. Asked for room to be serviced as we were there for 7 days. Towels replaced but bed sheets were not. Floor tiles in bathroom cracked and a large crack in the bathroom sink including electric sockets hanging off the wall. After the 3rd day we stopped going down for breakfast and just went down town as breakfast was not very good. It served a purpose but overall very disappointed. Reception staff were very nice and helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a small corner of the room equipped with basic cooking utensils and washing basin - a definite plus if any guest needs to make some hot meals in-room. The free breakfast is also enjoyable.

It’s a nice hotel with great breakfast in the middle of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only the bed was not comfy, too soft for me.

Omyłkowo zapłaciliśmy za śniadanie, a z racji tego, że jesteśmy na diecie wegańskiej (bez produktów odzwierzęcych), pogodziliśmy się że stratą pieniędzy. Rano jednak czekała na nas niespodzianka w postaci świeżo przygotowanego śniadania z produktami kupionymi specjalnie dla nas - ogromny plus dla obsługi hotelu za zrobienie czegoś, czego wcale nie musieli robić, gdyż zapłacenie za śniadanie to był nasz błąd. Kolejnym plusem jest oczywiście lokalizacja, a ponadto czystość, estetyka oraz ekologiczność hotelu. Pobyt oceniamy 10/10 i na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie wszystkich pracowników i dziękujemy za tak profesjonalne i życzliwe zachowanie ❤️

Location Location we were able to walk right from the train station maybe 15 mins that made it easy and the town square is just 15 mins from the hotel so to us it was the perfect location. The front staff was so helpful i had wallet and phone stolen days before so when we can to check in they allowed me to use the computer to print up info and get myself organized again. The rooms are really big we had 3 people with tons of room. The breakfast was really good and lots of it and tons of choices everyone was happy. We had a room on the street it was busy with traffic of people, horses and carriages at night and buses but we actually enjoyed all the sites and sounds.

The rooms were ok but the cleaning not the best bathroom not cleaned in 5 days but fresh towels everyday was woken up at 6 every morning as the room was next to the cleaners cupboard and we could hear the breakfast room too the reception was great booked our trips and give plenty of info the breakfast wasn't to our tasting only had a cuppa on the hole it was so so but great value for money

The location was wonderful for walking to attractions in the city, and the staff was extremely helpful with directions to the attractions, and instructions for taking public transportation where necessary. Really happy with our stay.

Good location, nice rooms. Gladly stay again. Noisy street when windows open. No problem with ear plugs. Breakfast wasn't to our taste, but that is just personal preference. Plenty to eat, just not what we would normally have, as I say, that's a personal thing, but I would stay again and that is the best recommendation.

Kosmopolitia Hotel an excellent place to stay
Hotel within walking distance of main sights and restaurants. Our room was quiet and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about trips and arranged them. The airport transfers arranged by them were very efficient. Only negative was no aircon but was a fan to use. Would recommend this hotel and will have no hesitation in staying there again.
