Week-end sportif antre amis à l’occasion du trail de la vallée des Lacs.Maison agréable qui nous a permis de nous retrouver tous autour de la grande table du salon à la fin de nos courses respectives.Le soleil et la musique en prime pour la soirée.Maison bien équipée avec un nombre suffisant de chambre et salle de bains pour 14 adultes et 4 enfants.

Les deux évaluations « médiocre » faites par deux autres voyageurs précédemment sont d’après nous tout à fait justifiées, contrairement aux réponses du propriétaire. En résumé : une maison jolie, bien située mais pas du tout entretenue et pas du tout adaptée à l’accueil de 23 personnes tel qu’annoncé. Nous étions seize et c’était déjà bien compliqué en termes d’organisation car pas équipée pour autant de monde (un seul frigo par ex- un seul four (sale), maison globalement très sale (moquettes, fauteuils, éponges...etc) douche bouchée, balais sales et aspirateur jamais entretenu qui refoule la poussière et les odeurs..En conclusion, je ne sais quelle sera l’évaluation du propriétaire à notre endroit mais ce qui est certain, c’est que la maison a été rendue plus propre que nous l’avons trouvée. Globalement, nous avons passé un week-end à jongler avec les dysfonctionnements divers. 2500 euros, ce n'est pas rien, même pour 23 personnes (cf réponse du propriétaire à un com') et il convient de faire les modifications nécessaire à un accueil correct à l'avenir.

Grande maison parfaite pour les séjours en grand groupe. Assez proche du centre de la Bresse. Maison propre, bien équipé, il manquerait juste des bols dans la vaisselle! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Grande maison agréable et bien équipée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette belle et grande maison ! Bien située, au calme et proche de La Bresse, elle est très confortable. Elle comporte beaucoup de chambres et salles de bains, qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. L’espace salon est très cosy, la salle à manger est grande et la cuisine bien équipée. Jérôme est très sympathique et disponible pour répondre à toutes vos questions ! A recommander sans hésiter ! Merci pour ce beau séjour !

Une belle et grande maison pour qu'une famille puisse se retrouver avec assez d'espace pour que petits et grands puissent avoir leurs activités. Un endroit agréable et une jolie vue. 10 minutes des pistes de ski. Nous étions tous enchantés.

Une propriété qui pourrait être très appréciée si elle était entretenue. Certaines parties sont vraiment malpropres voir dangereuses. pavés détachés, odeurs d'égouts, appareils inutilisables changés après 4 jours etc.. Plafonds de certains locaux trop bas non signalés donc dangereux etc Nous avons été très déçus, alors que l'endroit est magnifique.

Nous cherchions une grande maison pour réunir toute la famille le temps d'un week-end (14 adultes, 8 enfants et 1 bébé) et nous avons trouvé notre bonheur. La maison est spacieuse ( 3 étages et 1 demi niveau) et très joliment décorée et bien équipée. Le propriétaire est sympathique et réactif. Une amélioration pourrait être envisagée pour le mobilier de jardin cependant ( un peu vieillissant et pas suffisamment de places assises) Je recommanderai volontiers cette maison à mes proches et amis!

Tres beau et grand logement bien équipé

La maison est magnifique et adaptée à un grand nombre de personnes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Toutefois, il manque beaucoup de renseignements sur le site Abritel. Nous n avons pas reçu le mail annoncé avec les modalités d arrivée et de départ, les informations utiles et équipement de la maison. Ces informations nous auraient évité quelques échanges houleux avec le logeur car nous avons du lui poser beaucoup de questions ( y a t il un barbecue, une cafetière autre que nespresso, le wifi ?).

Anniversaire de famille

Grande maison adaptée pour les réunions de familles. Quelques points à améliorer néanmoins: remplacer le mobilier abîmé (chaises entrée, table basse salon, mobilier jardin,...), spa pas nettoyé, extérieurs non entretenus (salon de jardin délabré, herbes hautes) Il manque un lieu de jeu extérieur dans le jardin pour les enfants en bas âge. L'acceuil est pratique avec une boite à clé mais du coup est impersonnel. Rapport qualité prix perfectible.

Maison idéale pour les réunions en famille

Cette maison est idéalement conçues pour des réunions familiales ou entre amis . Une très grande salle à manger et plusieurs espaces nuits indépendants avec douche et we . Le plus bel espace est le beau salon , lumineux , cosy à souhait . Seul bémol : le parking un peu juste si vous venez avec beaucoup de voitures ce qui était notre cas .

Très bon séjour à l’occasion d’un double anniversaire familial ! La répartition des chambres et leur organisation par 2 autour d’une salle de douche et de toilettes est bien pensé. La pièce à vivre est agréable et la salle à manger spacieuse.

Grande demeure, idéale pour un grand groupe !!

Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se retrouver entre amis ou en famille, 9 chambres, des grands lits doubles, literie de qualité. Appareil à raclette, plancha, pierrade, fondue en triple ! Parfait pour les repas! Grande salle à manger au rdc. Et un superbe salon à l'étage avec terrasse ! Très bon séjour !
