"The staff was kind and responsive over chat and in person. Stay away from the coffee shop in the premises. The staff is rude, slow, and the food is pretry bad. There is mold and water damage in several walls in my room, the room is very noisy because the kitchen is right behind the room the Wi-Fi works although choppy. There are no hooks in the bathroom. The toiletries they give you are very bad. There's no blackout shades for the window. The hallway flooring is in very bad shape worn out but...
