On the 1st floor (independent access): living room-kitchen (pull-out sofa sleeps 2 80x190 cm), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 80x200 cm), bathroom (bath), Independent WC, private terrace (20m²) and common ground with ping-pong table, darts and basketball board. Common laundry area with washing machine and dryer. Heated ski room and bike room (capacity 6 bikes) common to the 2 cottages. Court and parking (for 1 car).
