Our family of 4 , 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 4) had all the amenities needed. The kids pool was always cleaned and maintained, the pool areas and beach were well kept. Some of our service was slow at the buffet, the food overall was good, but don’t expect anything to amaze you. The hotel property’s AC went out for 2days/nights, the hotel did their best to accommodate for us. Excepto por Héctor, eulcelis y el chico que hace el café en la cafetería. Las pools estuvieron bien lo único es que los bares los abren asta las 11am. Y los cierran super temprano para las 11pm todo está cerrado. Asi que si quieres divertiré asta tarde ese no es el lugar correcto.
