"Very nice location, close to town and a short taxi to the train station. Parking was a problem, but we eventually found a spot. The perfect place to stay if you plan to have an all day adventure in Cinque Terre. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was convenient and nice! We had a nice view of the water, although smaller than was advertised."

"The property was beautiful, the views spectacular. We only stayed one night, and I was really sad, I would've liked to have been able to stay longer. The breakfast could've used more options other than 4 different kinds of cake and a few cold cuts. Staff was wonderful."

"The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. The location was also perfect, just a short distance from the city centre.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"This airbnb was perfect for a few days exploring Cinque Terre. It is so close to the train station and to great restaurants in La Spezia. Even though it is so close to the train tracks, when the windows are closed the room is quiet. The operators allowed a slightly early check in which was appreciated."
"L'appartement était très confortable, très propre, ça sentait très bon quand nous sommes arrivés. En face de l'immeuble, il y à un marché chaque matin, c'est très pratique car nous avons mangé des produits frais chaque jour. Malgré le marché, une fois fenêtre et volet fermés, nous n'entendions plus de bruits et nous avons dormis comme des bébés. C'est très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pieds du port seulement. Nous avons pu visiter les 5 terres en bateau et revenir nous reposer tranquillement.

We love this hotel! The owners are wonderful, the location is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and Jack, the cat, is awesome! The hotel is located just over the ridge from the Cinque Terra, and is a nice escape from the heat, crowds and noise. Enjoy listening to the birds and watching the fireflies!

The Old Station rooms in La Spezia were well located both for transport and dining/shopping and were beautifully renovated, also with air conditioning. Our only regret was the lack of an elevator as we had heavy suitcases.
As there is no 24 hr reception you must have contact phone number so that the manager can be there to meet you at an arranged time.
