"I did not like the tv remote.....did not work well and there were no instructions regarding the air conditioning. For example, when patio door was open the air conditioning was turned off. "

The staff is on it and your request are always taken into consideration. Specially the concierge team ( Gaida) was very helpful to me and made me feel the love. It was a truely remarkable experience. "We absolutely loved this property. Location was great. Close to everything. Very short walk to the boardwalk with lots of shopping options, restaurants, beaches. The food was great, we did the half board and we were able to switch our dinner to lunch. The pool was great, lots of chairs, but you need to get there early to put your towel down and reserve a spot. The rooftop bar was so, so lovely. Beautiful views, good drinks, and a few appetizer options. The sunset was gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the AC worked great. The sofa bed could be replaced. We did not use it but it didn't look great. We had a pool view and the patio was big. Great for the value"
