The Cove Of Lake Geneva

"Estuvimos el fin de semana celebrando un cumpleaños y nos la pasamos muy bien. Muchas cosas positivas y algunas áreas de oportunidad. Primero todo lo positivo: los La habitación súper cómoda y limpia. Éramos 4 adultos en la habitación y tuvimos toallas suficientes, algo con lo que batallamos en otros hoteles. El staff fue muy atento y amigable. Aunque no tuvimos oportunidad de usar el área de albercas el espacio se veía amplio y en buen estado. Ahora lo que creo que podría mejorarse: la temperatura de la habitación era un poco difícil de mantenerla uniforme ya que la unidad de aire acondicionado está solo en el área de estar. Se lo comentamos a alguien del staff y nos hizo favor de llevar un par de ventiladores extra con eso pudimos dormir mejor. Algo más que podría mejorar sería el colchón del sofá-cama. Cuándo me recosté podía sentir los tubos del armazón y fue incómodo dormir ahí. Cuando hicimos la reservación se mostraba un jacuzzi y la habitación no tenía uno. Nos gustó tanto la decoración que decimos quedarnos ahí. En general la experiencia fue positiva"
