The modern contemporary cozy cottage has been completely renovated with an electric fireplace, ceiling fan/light, large flat-screen TVs, & free WiFi. It is perfect for your stay in the lower Hudson Valley/ Northern Westchester area. This location is close to Hudson Highlands State Park, Clarence Fahnestock State, Fishkill Farm, Anthony Nose, Bear Mountain Bridge, Bear Mountain Park, Putnam trail, Canopus Lake, Oscawana Lake, Donald J. Trump State Park, West Point, Riverfront at Peekskill, Blue Mountain State Park, Harriman State Park, FDR Park at Yorktown the Appalachian Trail, Putnam County Golf Course, and Seven Lakes. Please note: The property has two separate properties listed, and you will on the top floor. There might be someone on the bottom floor but it will not affect your ability to enjoy the house or have fun! I’m always trying my best to make the property look amazing and you can have great time.

An absolutely charming cottage with beautiful decor and peaceful neighborhood… close to shopping and resturants…. Also conveniece ti train station if traveling into Manhattan… A great perfect place to stay if visiting the area.

The cottage is really well appointed with all kinds of little touches, from kitchen essentials to houseplants to knick knacks. Staying there was like staying in someone's home, as opposed to a rental, and is in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. And Nadia was very responsive, easy to work with, and a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The place is cozy, contemporary, and immaculately clean. The comfort level was top-notch, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Nadia, the host, was wonderful with communication, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at the Contemporary Cozy Cottage! Very modern amenities and appliances, and the kitchen had everything we needed!! Nadia always responded promptly, and answered all of my questions. The Cottage is located close to just about everything in the Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, and Yorktown Heights area. And I would definitely recommend a short drive to the charming little town of Cold Spring which is not too far away. Thank you Nadia!
