Very new and clean facilities. Lakeside firepits and free kayak/paddleboard rentals to use on Lake Placid were very nice.

The food options at the hotel are very very expensive. I did not see many people eating in the restaurant or drinking at the bar even though hotel was booked solid.

Beautiful property that wasn't far from town. Everyone was so nice there! our TV didn't work and they had someone there to check on it even before my husband got back from walking down to the front desk! The problem never got resolved but they did give me a gift when I checked out. It worked fine for us!

- Room was too quiet - Pool room was great - "free breakfast" during ironman weekend we ended up having to pay for - Rooms were beautiful but not worth the price
