Some lovely aspected units in this complex. Be aware that the reception is only manned for a few hrs from 10 am and not on a Sunday. Entrance exits onto a bend in road so careful with children.

Very happy
Just returned for a really relaxing stay at this very friendly and spotlessly clean complex. Really easy check in and out and our return to uk documents were printed out for us by the lovely lady at reception. Ill be going back again for certain.

Lovely stay at Villa Canaima !
It's a lovely apartment in a great location. Great view of the sea from our room. Very clean and smart throughout. Wi-fi worked flawlessly the whole stay. We had use of a courtesy room with shower and luggage storage as our flight was later in the evening. A nice touch.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment nice sea view although we were right next to a road which could get rather noisy so slightly dissapointed with that as I had paid extra for the view.

The staff and hospitality is brilliant at villa canaima ,rooms are well presented and stylish with a very stylish modern building the pool is just the right size for any age ,not too deep and very clean i had a really nice time here .

Small, quiet complex
This is an ideal place to relax and 'chill out'. It's just 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport. The apartment was spotless, the staff friendly, the receptionist very helpful. The local shopping/eating area is 10 minutes walk away, the local bus stop 5 minutes away. The sea front area is a lovely walk, and you can walk all the way down to Puerto del Carmen, on an energetic day.

Wifi conection is poor because in Lanzarote there is only optical fiber in some parts of Arrecife and the rest of the island's facilities are outdated phone lines and phone companies don't seem to be willing to update them. So sorry about that!! We look forward to your next visit!

Great place to relax
Great place to relax, quiet area yet still only 5 minutes walk to centre of Matagordo with plenty of places t eat. Peurto Del Carmen about a 30 minute walk along the beachfront, plenty to do there, lots of shops, eating places and bars. Overall a lovely place, would def stay again at Villa Canaima

Good to chill in the sun
The apartment we got was really nice, with sea views - I'd recommend to get one of the third floor apartments for the sea views . Not a great deal in terms of kitchen equipment, but enough to manage, and above all clean. Great spot to enjoy a bit of sunshine and relaxation.

excellent apartments friendly staff
these apartments were excellent clean, comfortable, and in good location, near to beach and shops. we had a great holiday and our stay was even better as we got an extra 5 days in lanzarote because of air traffic strike, we phoned up the owner of the apartments and they let us return straight away...owners were very polite and friendly...will be going back there.....no complaints at all...the apartments were immaculate, thanks for a great stay

Appartement tout équipé tout proche de l’aéroport, avec à proximité station de taxis et arrêt de bus pour les personnes non motorisées. Extérieur et intérieur impeccable, terrasse avec vue sur la piscine et la mer au fond. Plage et petit centre avec bars, restaurants et commerces à moins de 10minutes à pieds. Très calme malgré la proximité avec l’aéroport. Wifi gratuit et petit parking en bas de la propriété. Accueil très sympa pour des vacances au top

muy recomendable
Apartamento muy recomendable, muy limpio, el personal agradable y servicial, es pequeño ideal para una estancia relajada, perfectamente ubicado para coger el coche y hacer turismo por la isla como era mi caso. También esta cerca de la playa a 5 minutos andando. Las instalaciones muy cuidadas, estuve en una habitación con vistas al mar, se ve pasar a los aviones en el aterrizaje pero sin ningún ruido. La habitación esta completamente equipada y bien distribuida. La piscina no muy grande pero limpia con suficientes hamacas. Los clientes son casi todos jubilados británicos muy agradables. Si regreso a Lanzarote no dudaré en volver a hospedarme allí.

Ottima permanenza
Struttura in ottime condizioni, pulizia eccellente, personale cordiale e disponibile. La nostra camera al terzo ed ultimo piano godeva di una bella vista sulla piscina e sull'oceano ed era dotata di angolo cottura con utensili di base, un comodo microonde, frigo e fornelli elettrici. Il segnale del wi-fi nelle camera era debole e per potersi connettere ad internet è necessario sostare sul proprio balcone o recarsi nelle aree comuni (dove la linea disponibile è decisamente più veloce), ma per il resto la struttura non presenta ulteriori pecche. E' presente anche un bar aperto tutti i giorni fino alle 19.00 e l'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da un supermarket e dall'inizio della passeggiata che, costeggiando l'oceano, porta fino al centro di Puerto del Carmen. Consiglio comunque di affittare una macchina/una bicicletta per potersi spostare rapidamente e visitare l'intera isola!

Los apartamentos están bien incluso estando completo tienes una sensación de tranquilidad.Creo que no había ningún español incluso en el bar la señora que servia no lo hablaba. La urbanización esta un poco alejada del Puerto del Carmen aunque hay linea de autobuses yo recomendaría ir con coche ya que no suele haber problema para aparcar.

todo muy muy tranquilo, si buscan ambiente para salir de fiesta, no es vuestro lugar de vacaciones. el hotel un poko anticuado, y sofa incomodo. el bar tiene poca variedad, y son de lengua solo inglesa, un poko incomodo es el que no.puedes salir a las 12.00 horas em el checkout. por lo demas, aceptable

¡Gracias por compartir su experiencia en Villa Canaima! Lamentamos que el sofa le haya resultado anticuado e incomodo. Los apartamentos con vistas al mar tienen el mobiliario nuevo y pronto tambien lo tendran los apartamentos con vistas a la piscina/jardin. La salida del hotel es a las 10.00 pero, si el apartamento en el que se aloja no se necesita para otro huesped, le dejamo quedarse hasta la hora que necesite sin coste alguno. En caso de necesitarlo, siempre puede utilizar la habitación de cortesia. John en el bar ya ha prometido que aprenderia a hablar español!! Esperamos tenerles de nuevo por aquí algún día. Un saludo.

Estancia tranquila y agradable
Somos una pareja que estuvimos 11 noches en un apartamento y la estancia fue muy agradable y tranquila. Los apartamentos están muy limpios y cuidados. La ubicación es perfecta si te mueves en coche porque está en un lugar ideal para visitar toda la isla. La playa más cercana está a cinco minutos caminando y cerca hay supermercados, restaurantes y bares.

Rent, fin utsikt
Rent och tyst ställe med många långvariga (äldre) gäster. Undvik nr 1 då det sovrummet gränsar till ett pumphus. Kan bli störande ljud från pumpen på natten. Lägenheterna ligger en bit från stranden vilket för barnfamiljen kan vara nackdel men fördel för andra som vill slippa nattlivets glada oväsen.
