Perfect villa for family
We had a lovely holiday, villa Liza had everything needed for the perfect family stay, an ideal home from home holiday. Great location with 10-15 minute walk to local beach and playa Blanca. We would definitely love to stay again.

superb villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Liza, it was very clean on arrival and well equipped,a real home from home with lots of little extras and a great welcome pack. We had an issue with the TV on arrival but this was soon resolved with help from Villa manager Linda who responded immediately to my phone call and also from villa owner Stephen. The outside area was lovely and private, pool was kept warm with use of overnight cover, sun loungers had very comfy cushions, one slight criticism of outside area was the garden needed a bit of a tidy but didn't detract from our enjoyment of what is a lovely area with great mountain views. We like walking and enjoyed the walk down to flamingo beach and restaurants and also further along the promenade to the main town, restaurants and shops but also hired a car for exploring further afield, If you don't want to walk the bus stop and taxi rank is close by. Right from initial booking enquiry communication with Liza Clare was excellent with prompt responses. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely spacious villa, we stayed for 12 days and didn't want to leave !

Villa had everything we needed. Its only 5 euro including tip to the town centre . Easy access and good communication with host . Great wee complex at taxi rank Jardines de sol for great food and quizzes and other entertainment. Friendly locals

What an amazing holiday we all had in lanzarote. I couldn't recommend this villa enough. Felt so homely. Amazing communication between myself and liza-clare. I will certainly be returning and using this villa again. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We all made great use of the pool, had lovely meals outside, when we were out for dinner. I have absolutely no complaints. Was one of our best holidays. I can't thank you enough guys. Looking forward to our next visit.

Most Disappointing
We booked this holiday in August 2021 to visit in October half term with my husband, 9 year old son and 2 elderly relatives ages 81 & 83, as you can imagine, with the COVID restrictions and the trauma of the last 2 years we were all looking forward to our stay. We chose this villa specifically because it was 4 bedrooms. The day before our stay the owner messaged to say that there had been a leak in the small bedroom and it was therefore unusable. Upon speaking with her we found that the damage was from August but rather than let us know in good time so that we could have looked at alternative accommodation she decided to drop the bomb shell less than 24 hours before our trip. Her attitude stunk and was very much "well nobody else has complained, there's plenty of bed's you'll have to bunk up" The villa was basic, the beds and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The pool was freezing and needed a good clean. On the plus side the living room was large and spacious and there was lots of room for everyone. The outside area is private and the terrace is nice. It's not too far to walk for a taxi. Would we visit again - most definatly not !!

The husband had such a bad attitude before he arrived at Villa, we had a telephone conversation the day before and knew instantly they were going to be a problem. All pillows were only replaced in September throughout the Villa, I have never known my Villa be called Basic in all the years I’ve had guests, so sad we can’t please everybody all of the time. We have always been told our villa is fully equipped please see previous reviews Liza (Clare) and Stephen Thompson

Fabulous Villa
Perfect location just outside Playa Blanca. The Villa was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, and much more than we expected. Communication with the hosts was first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for couples, families, or a group of friends. Sunrise on the terrace is just spectacular !

Absolutely perfect villa for our family of 5.
Just returned from a wonderful week here, with my partner and 3 boys, age 13,10,5. Possibly the best villa holiday we have had, (been to a good few).. everything you could expect plus more from a villa. Highly recommended. No issues whatsoever with anything, car rental is advised but not essential as taxis are very cheap and the nearest taxi rank in a 5 minute stroll. The TV package is unbelievable, WiFi worked to perfection, beds comfy, and the villa has the “wow” factor as you arrive. *tip for families with young boys- 3G football pitch is a 10 minute walk away in a hotel over the road from the aqua park, matches played everyday 4-5pm and anyone can join in, just walk in to the grounds of the hotel behind the reception just off the main road, a god send for my lads. Loads of toys, inflatables for the pool etc ready for kids on arrival, books, DVD’s and a cracking welcome pack of beers, wine, ham, bread, water plus more which is a classy touch. I’ll certainly be returning, money well spent and an overall fantastic break. *if I must say one advisory- maybe cushions on the sun loungers round the pool, but that’s no big deal at all and it’s the only thing I can think of to make this from a 99.9 villa to a 100. We feel a welcome pack is essential especially if you have children and also until you find your bearing around the island. Lovely villa, with beautiful views.
The villa is very spacious and has a lovely homely feel. There are a few games, books and an Xbox should you want them. Although it said British TV, we couldn’t get it to work, but that was probably down to user error and we didn’t need it anyway. Pool was cleaned regularly and maids also visited once during our stay to clean and change sheets/ towels. The pool/garden area is very private and not really overlooked. Although it backs onto a road, traffic noise is minimal. The open land beyond means that it has beautiful views of the mountains. It is out of town (approx half hour walk in) but there is a taxi rank 2 minutes walk away. We hired a car so this was not a problem for us. I would definately recommend this and would love to stay there again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

August Stay at Villas Blancas
So the pick for the Family Holiday this year was another different place, and what a smashing villa this was, the photos are spot one and the outside area and pool were ideal for our family. Once we got our bearings on the area it really is a well placed villa, if you are not great walkers then the walk into the main centre an take about 30 mins at an amble as at times very hot, but the wind definitely helps here, if not literally walk to the bottom of the hill and wait for the excellence cheap taxi service 3-4 Euros dead cheap and run all the time. The Volcano at the front of the villa is well worth the walk aswell, but steep at times, do take a drink as when you are up there you can walk all the way around it aswell, which is ideal. Any of the communication we had with the owners and property support in Lanzarote, were excellent very attentive and always at hand as and when required. If you are foodies then the BBQ area is excellent simple trip to the Hiper Dino and load up, then even the Supermarket will order you a Taxi lol. But literally anywhere along the front were excellent restaurants, we especially liekd the New Italain Ask, fantastic fresh food and really attentive service, some though slow but when freshly cooked worth the wait. there are some excellent beaches aswell, not that 2 of our party were that keen but mixture of fine sand and large buts so not that bad atall if not your thing, walk along the excellent pathway all the way to the marina, where even more restaurants/bars are waiting for you! Lots of choice and do make the effort to the Teguise Market/Playa Blanca Markets as good days out for sure, bargains to be had and you can haggle with them aswell. Overall great holiday really well needed and enjoyed by our whole party thanks Lanzarote and the Owners.

The villa is very large and spacious and we had a great holiday. It is on the outskirts of Playa Blanca and although you could walk into town, we got taxis which were very reasonable and the taxi rank is nearby. Would recommend.

A lovely home in the sun!
We have just come back from a lovely week staying in the villa. Plenty of room. We have stayed in 3 villas within the “Villas Blancas” development & this one was of the best standard. A lovely open plan villa with great outside space.

Fabulous Villa, Good Times
My husband and I have returned from villa after spending a wonderful two week holiday and can't wait to return. What can I say, the villa had everything and more. The pictures although great didn't do it justice. We have been renting villas in Tenerife for the past few years at the same time and decided to give Lanzarote a try for a change and are so glad we did. The villa has so much space and therefore ideal for couples and families. One of the nicest things was the personal touches throughout, you felt as if Liza and Stephen were old friends. Every time you looked you would notice something else that would make you smile. My favourites were the lampshades!! We had a lovely welcome pack which set us up nicely. We met Tina and Jeff the pool guy and the gardener who gave us great advice on where to go. Again you felt as if you had known them for ever. The area may be a bit far out for some but this is exactly what we look for. Taxi's are so cheap and good bus. Thank you Liza and Stephen for your lovely home. Be back soon. Mr and Mrs O xx

Amazing family moon
We stayed at villa Liza for mine and my husbands honeymoon but we took the family as we have a little boy and it was his first aboard holiday. The villa was amazing. Home from home and nothing was ever to much trouble with the cleaners and Liza and Stephen. We will definitely visit again. You guys have the most beautiful villa and the pool was amazing for our little boy he loved it. There was a supermarket attached to a hotel about a 5 min walk away. It was 5 mins from a taxi rank and I’d say it took us 30/40 mins to walk into playa Blanca it’s self which was a nice walk. Playa Blanca it’s self is a fab resort everyone was so friendly and there’s plenty of bars and restaurants. Our favourites were Avenida 55 which was an Italian, we had a fantastic Indian takeaway from spice fusion and there was an English bar called the tavern which was good for English food as my husband is a little fussy also there’s an Irish bar called the Irish anvil that we was very found of too. Once again thank you so much for letting us stay. The only thing I’d recommend having been is a car would be a lot better to get out and about and explore which we would do next time but the most a taxi costed us into playa Blanca was €3.50. Very sad to be home definitely got the holiday blues thank you xx

Excellent fully equipped family villa
This was our second stay at villa Liza . As with our last stay the property was excellent and had everything we needed . It is in the perfect location both central but quiet . Would definitely recommend and hopefully return soon .

Excellent villa for a family holiday
The villa was easy to find about a mile and a half from the town centre in a gated community of about 50 properties - code needed to access the complex; the villa was very well equipped for a large family with everything you could possibly need; there was a good welcome pack for our arrival, private pool which was well used; there was a bit of noise from the road immediately alongside the property but it was quiet at night; the outside dining area was under cover so there was some shade during the day; there were four loungers by the pool on artificial grass so there was no problem with muddy feet! Having a hire car was useful but there were both local buses and a taxi rank within a short distance; the local agents attended to a couple of minor problems very promptly; there is no air conditioning but we did not find that a problem as several free-standing fans are provided and the natural breeze helped to keep it coolish during the day. It is a great property which we would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic Villa
Spent 2 weeks in Villa Liza and absolutely loved it, was truly a home from home in the sun. Lovely quiet location and really private. Pool is excellent and even deep enough for kids to do some tricks. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we’ll be back.

Beautiful villa,
We’ve just returned form a week long stay at the villa, first impressions didn’t disappoint, beautiful villa with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and the warm pool was a bonus. Only one criticism was the noise from the road at night in the main bedroom but it didn’t cause us much concern as we just swapped to the other main bedroom, would highly recommend and definitely would like to return to the same villa

Bad start
When we arrived the alarm was activated upon our entry, this took 10mins of being deafened before we could silence it, (villa arrival brief stated it would be switched off) things got worse.....the Villa was flithy (hadnt been cleaned since last guests had left) We called the managers (after trying for 30mins we got hold of them) who confirmed that there had been a mix up & it hadnt been cleaned, they did come very quickly to clean the Villa, which meant we had to sit outside in the garden for 2 hours whilst it was cleaned, the kids didnt mind this as the pool is lovely, nice & warm. The info folder is tatty (no care or attention has gone into this) The kitchen is lovely but the lighting is poor, & its not very well equipped. The biggest problem for us was the lack of curtains or blinds, the windows only have a transparent sun shade stuck to them, which doesnt allow for any privacy in the evening or blocked any light from the outside street lights, we had to stick black bin bags to the windows to sleep & for privacy! We did contact the owner about these issues, who said humans make mistakes & sorry the window dressings our not to our taste, this is not an issuse of taste, there simply are no blinds or curtains! One of the bedrooms doesnt have any bedside tables with lights. Reading the reviews we thought the mentioned issues had been resolved but sadly not. Regards, Arran Hendriks

Hi Arron I really sorry to hear our villa wasn't to your satisfaction, Our house keepers made a human error and rectified the issue immediately. The aim in our luxury villa is to keep clients as happy as we possibly can during there stay, I'm sorry again this wasn't the case for your family. I apologised to you during your stay and so did our house keepers and can't stress enough how sad we feel you wasn't totally satisfied. We are amazed the equipment in the kitchen wasn't to your satisfaction as previous guests always tell us how fantastic it is. On behalf of my husband Stephen our housekeepers Tina and Tony and myself Liza Clare Apologies. PS Just to let all travellers know that Stephen and myself have been out to the property added additional lighting to the kitchen, put curtains up in three bedroom as well as blinds, added bedside cabinets to rooms where necessary. Hopefully this with give future travellers piece of mind. Our aim is to keep people as happy as possible during their stay.

Had a great week in this spacious villa..perfect for our family of 6, however more than adequate for 8 persons..fantastic well equipped kitchen.4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with great showers and plenty hot water..fantastic heated swimming pool and outdoor space with bbq area.very private and quiet..loved that every room had patio doors to the outdoor areas..would highly recommend this property..x

Lovely Villa
We had a really great time staying in the Villa at the beginning of January. It's really spacious (even with 3 toddlers running about!) and I would say the most private in the complex. It has pretty much everything you need from a home from home. The only negative is that some better blinds wouldn't go amiss (I think these may be in the process of getting replaced though?) we felt a little exposed on an evening when the lights were on and you could see inside...Still as I said earlier it is private so nothing really to be too concerned about. Thanks for letting us stay!

Quiet, lovely views, private pool but access to pool difficult.
Nice size villa, lovely views, very private pool, but it's not suitably for elderly or inferm. Quiet area bus and taxi close close by. Villa good size though there were no blinds or curtains so one bedroom is visible to the road, no bedside locker or lamps. Welcome pack was great. Cleaning products were limited and no soap, shampoo. No details as to where to put rubbish. Cooking facilities were good and patio sunny. Had difficulty getting entry details to the villa on arrival.

I am really sorry to hear your stay wasn't up to your expectations, I will take into consideration all your points and address where possible. Our Villa comes with pictures for every room and also the outside area so you can clearly see whats available before you commit to booking. All our rooms have fixed blinds apart from kiddies bedroom, which has a roller blind. I do not provide cleaning products or toiletries only a welcome pack for your arrival. There is a large pink folder on the table on your arrival with all the information you require during your stay, If there is anything your not sure of our housekeepers are excellent and will help wherever possible.

Beautiful villa - would be 5* if air conditioned
The villa was stunning and had everything we would need for a family holiday. The artificial turf was fantastic as it not only looks nicer than other villas on the complex but is more practical as well. This is the first time we have stayed in a villa without air conditioning, and whilst the fans are helpful in the bedrooms, the main living area did get very hot. It wasn't a deal breaker but that is the main reason I haven't awarded 5 stars. The welcome pack was a really special touch, and whilst we have received such packs in other villas this one was by far the best and most sensible one we have received. Thank you so much as it was well needed when arriving on a later flight! The villa is about 15 mins walk to Flamingo beach and about 30 mins to the centre. I loved walking there and back every day and it helped my tan! Whilst there are many taxis around it can be difficult to get one in an evening when it is busy and one evening we could not get a cab back to the villa for love nor money. Even when I tried calling the taxi company I just got the answer machine or a busy dial tone. This is nothing negative about the villa or area but is something to bear in mind if you have anyone in your party who may struggle walking home when fatigued, as my husband found one evening (he has brain injury due to stroke and fatigue can hit him unexpectedly). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this Villa and in Playa Blanca and I would recommend to couples and families.

Lovely private villa, very spacious with a lovely pool and outdoor area.
This villa has a lovely homely feel to it, it's well cared for and has been great for our family holiday. The pool was fantastic and the outdoor area was private and relaxing. Bus service just round the corner and taxis are always nearby. Nice quiet location, pushchairs were definitely needed for a walk to the nearest beach. Just a short distance from Aqua Lava Waterpark which is a fantastic full day out. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This place was brilliant we were a family of 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us.
The villa itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. It had 4 bedrooms, one of which was a small bunk bed room which my mam and cousin took... it wasn't a great set up as it was off one of the main bedrooms. But wasn't a big deal for us. All the other rooms have lovely comfy beds and plenty of storage two of which overlook the pool. The kitchen has everything you would need plenty utensils and crockery. Plenty of seating in the front room and a dining table which we didn't use as we sat outside most of the time. The pool is a great size we were there last week and had the heating on ..just the right temperature. The pool side beds may have seen better days but to be honest we didn't really use them we preferred to lay on the fake grass which was a great touch as all the other villas have the black rock/gravel. It took us a while to find the bin area. It is actually on the outside of the complex turn left at the main gate and it was on the end of the block. I couldn't fault this villa. Very safe. Not overlooked by anyone. Clean and tidy. It would take us a half an hour walk to get to flamingo beach which was beautiful, and has some little eateries and a place for drinks. The walk into the center was about 40 mins.. which we used to do but then get a taxi home as it's uphill... If you need anything from the shop (like we forgot ice) you can get it from paradise island hotel shop which is just around the corner. We also had a walk up the volcano just behind the villa. It looks quite steep but it took us about 30-40 mns to get to the top.. the views were amazing. All in all we had a great time and it went so quick. Highly recommended. Also a really nice touch was the welcome pack left by the housekeepers. Just what you need after travelling and getting g there late.

A stunning villa.
We originally booked for 7 days,we stayed for 10. This is by far the best villa we have stayed in,this was our 6th visit to the island. Beautifully designed and finished to a very high standard with everything you could wish for. We arrived to a fabulous welcome hamper and the place was spotless. The owners and property managers can not do enough for you. We will definitely be back. Simply fantastic.

Beautiful villa, highly recommended
We stayed one week in this beautiful villa, which was very well equipped, in great decorative order and spotlessly clean. An abundant welcome pack of groceries was very much appreciated. There's a small (but expensive) shop for essentials in a nearly local complex, about 7/8 minutes walk away on the road towards the beach, with larger supermarkets in Playa Blanca for main shopping. We always felt safe at the villa, as it is located in an upscale gated community of similar detached properties, with vehicle and pedestrian traffic only accessible by keypad code. The villa was a 22 minute downhill walk to the promenade and beach at Flamingo Beach Resort. A car would be certainly be recommended for sight-seeing or there's a taxi rank 10 mins walk away for local journeys. The villa had the full range of Sky channels, including all Sky Sports and Movie channels (UK terrestrial channels BBC/ITV/C4 weren't available during our stay). Wifi was reliable and fine for general website browsing and emails (1-1.5Mb speed). We were a bit concerned that as there wasn't any walk-in showers and thought that the showers over the bath wouldn't have been powerful but don't be concerned about this. We only needed to use the en-suite shower but it was fabulously powerful and always hot. Also, there wasn't any air-conditioning but this worked out OK. Even though the temperature reached 30 deg C during our stay in March, the lower humidity and dry heat with fresh breezes on Lanzarote meant we didn't even need the fans provided. There is a lovely view from pool area over the mountains. The pool area is totally private, not overlooked by anyone. It has astro turf all around in place of grass, which is great as there's no mess or dirt! A "must do" (if physically capable) is to climb Montana Roja mountain nearby, which overlooks Playa Blanca. Spectacular views from all sides around the canyon. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa and would be very happy to book again if we returned to Lanzarote.

As above all good .pool was heated .not overlooked at all.everything u need .. it is a quiet area so a car is needed .only slight ask would be for a heater for the evening as was a bit chilly in villa. we went on the graciosa .com tour which was a highlight . we also did paddleboarding in playa blanca and hired bikes up the coast at Puerto del carmen.where u can bike along the coast path in cycle lanes right up past the airport.there are some nice big beaches in that area

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Das Haus ist schön, gut ausgerüstet in ruhiger Lage. Uneinsichtbarer Garten mit Pool. Haus gepflegt mit Ausnahme der Küche. Die war nicht sauber und teilweise nicht nutzbar (alte, verbrannte Pfannen). Regelmässige Poolreinigung aber kein wechsel der Tücher. Garten sehr schön.

Es war im Großen und Ganzen alles in Ordnung Fernsehen war uns nicht möglich Die Duschen sollten einen in Kopfhöhe angebrachten Haltegriffe haben Das Besteck sollte komplett ausgewechselt werden Ein kleines Geländer um in den Pool zu gelangen Schauen sie mal auf den Eisschrank dort ist wohl noch nie gewischt worden

Good morning, Our kitchen is well equipped for a villa. With plenty of cutlery and crockery, sorry it wasn’t to your expectation. Our housekeepers went above and beyond for your requirements. We also talked you through Wi-Fi instructions which was sorted immediately. The Fridge is brand new !! and my housekeeper cleans everything to a high standard. Before booking you could see there is no hand rail to the pool, none of the villas on the development do. The TV is a smart tv and there is a selection of languages to choose from. The shower can be altered to any height you require. You made comments on a few things and they were addressed immediately. You stayed in our villa for 28 days so it can’t have been so bad !!

Empfehlung!
Wir, meine Frau, unser achtjähriger Sohn und ich, waren für eine Woche Gäste in der Villa Liza. Es handelt sich um ein gepflegtes, großzügig geschnittenes und günstig gelegenes Haus im landestypischen Stil innerhalb einer Anlage in der Peripherie von Play Blanca. Mit dem Fahrzeug erreicht man den Ortskern in wenigen Minuten, zu Fuß dürfte es etwas weit sein, zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können wir nichts sagen, da wir immer auf ein Mietfahrzeug zurückgreifen. Der rückwärtige und nicht einsehbare Bereich mit größerem Pool ist sehr schön und wie das Haus selbst sehr gepflegt. Das Anwesen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird, wobei wir das üppige Unterhaltungsangebot (großer TV mit Streamingdiensten und Konsolen) nicht genutzt haben. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Spacious and clean with great Outdoor Pool
We (family of 3 with 6 year old) spent one week in april in the spacious and well equipped house. we appreciated the very generous welcome package in the fridge. The house was very clean, garden and pool aswell. The house is situated in a gated community, the neighborhood is quiet. The WLAN was quite slow, emailing and internet-surfing was possible with some patience. There is a big, but messy folder with informations. Nevertheless we would have wished for better informations regarding the house (especially how to use the alarm! we don't have any experience in handling it) and the surroundings. We enjoyed a great week with great weather and everyday swimming in the pool. There is a lot to see and do on the island!
