Wonderful Villa Stay
Our stay at the villa was wonderful. Loved the welcome pack in arrival and especially the comfy beds. Villa well located although was a 40 min walk into town but there is a bus stop near by and taxis are cheap to and from the villa (5-6euros). Pool was lovely although still on the chilly side and there are there were quite a few loose tiles in and around the pool area. Would definitely considering staying again at this villa.

Lazing in Lanzarote sunshine
This property is great - plenty of room both inside and outside. Location is great, with the bus-stop being very close. The master suite upstairs is large, light and airy. Very clean on arrival, and the property was cleaned during our stay. Just one minor thing - can you provide oven gloves? Maybe they have disappeared over the years!

Great Holiday
The villa is great, had everything we needed inside and out. If you do not like walking you will need a taxi to the beach or hire a car, Rubicon Marina is over an hour on foot, Playa Flamingo 35-40 minutes. Taxis are very easy to get and the prices are good.

Lovely large house with private pool
Good size house and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, including beach and pool towels which were a bonus. Good size pool and ample sun loungers. Sarah is a great host who was very quick to respond to messages. We hired a car so location was perfect getting around. Nice quite complex and there is a communal pool as well a short walk away. It was our first time in Lanzarote and we will definitely come back.

Our second home.
Well where do u start. To say this is our second time at the villa says it all really. We have been having family holidays in Playa Blanca for many years but we can now say we have found our second home. Will be looking into re-booking NO3 visit very soon. Perfection
We had such an amazing holiday! The villa is beautiful - spacious, modern, clean, well equiped and very peaceful. Sarah was the perfect host and went out of her way to accommodate us when we had a slight passport issue which meant we had to change our dates!! She was always super quick to respond to messages and just made us feel relaxed and welcome in her beautiful home. The villa is a good 25 minutes walk to Flamingo beach but, as it was just my husband and I, we enjoyed the walk. If we had had the children with us, we would have hired a car as their little legs would have not enjoyed it quite so much! Overall, a fabulous villa that I would love to return to 😍

Love the place
This was our 6th holiday in Playa Blanca and the 2nd time staying in this Villa. Can't wait until the next time we're back. In fact we've started looking for a place of our own we like it so much. Excellent Villa in a good location. Clean, quiet with excellent owners. Can't recommend it enough.

Great Find!
We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious for and has everything you will need in a nice peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. Communication with Sarah was great from beginning to end. I would love to stay again and highly recommend this Villa.

5Star Villa
Just returned from a month in this villa. Would recommend to anyone. The villa is in a secure gated community. There are high walls around the garden of the villa ensuring total privacy. The villa is very well equipped with plenty of cooking and entertainment equipment. The master bedroom is well appointed with en-suite shower room. The views from the 3 balconies are spectacular. 2 other bedrooms are also well equipped with a bath for families with smaller children, plenty of hot water all the time. The pool is fantastic very warm and big enough for most swimmers. If you prefer a more strenuous swim there are 3 other common pools within the complex. Many thanks to Sarah the property manager the only very minor problem we had was attended to immediately. Will definitely look at rebooking this villa in the future.

Fabulous Villa with aircon in bedrooms and lovely warm pool
We stayed in this home for a week and loved it. Beautiful pool which was lovely and warm, aircon in all 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen, TV with UK channels, all the little things. Would happily come back again.

Fantastic Holiday
Stayed in villa in Jul/Aug 2020 with my husband and two teenage daughters and had a fantastic holiday. The villa is well equipped with kitchen utilities and has everything you will need including beach towels. When we arrived there was a welcome pack containing tea, coffee, water, milk, biscuits and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. We spent a lot of time in villa, by the pool during the day and BBQ's in the evening. The villa is situated in a lovely quiet location. There was plenty of room and upstairs contains a large bedroom with large ensuite, which is perfect. There are lots of lovely restaurants to choose from but you will require a car or taxi. Villa was perfect for us and Playa Blanca is beautiful. We would love to return.

Great stay after let down by a different villa owner
We had originally booked another villa but were let down at the last minute as that owner had double booked the property. So we contacted sarah and she was right back within a few minutes and made all the arrangements to change what could have been a disasater into a great holiday. The property was well equipped - we only used a fraction of the bedroom and bathroom facilities byt we made good use of the kitchen and dining areas which were very well equipped. The pool area looks like it has been refrurbished recently and was very pleasant - the heated pool makes all teh difference at thsi time of the year. The property is in a gated area of playa blanca and very close to the montana roha the nearby extinct volcano but which has a pefectly shaped crater and was a very enjoyable walk - we did it almost every morning. Fantastic views from the top. Playa blanca is very nice lots of restuarants - our best meal was at Imagine India - very nice indian dishes. The walk along the harbour and seafront is very nice and a cup of coffee and cake is a nice break to take. We had a great time at this property and thanks again to Sarah the owner for such a speedy response and saving our holiday. We will definately return.

Absolutely outstanding
Cannot praise and rate the villa highly enough. We had a perfect stay, the villa is extremely spacious, well equipped and in a beautiful location. Every little thing has been thought about to ensure a relaxing and stress free holiday. The heated pool is gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers. The sunrise is a fabulous sight viewed from the upstairs balcony. I highly recommend booking if you are looking for a spacious, well equipped home from home with a heated pool in the lovely Lanzarote sunshine!

Relaxing, peaceful and comfortable
The villa is lovely, everything you need, really well equipped. The location is good, very peaceful, the pool is a must, lovely to cool off. Good idea to hire a car, driving in Lanzarote is easy, and car hire is very reasonabke, if you don't drive there is a taxi rank a short walk away. Would definately reccomend this villa, and I'm sure I will be returning.

the property is fantastic lovely 3 bed villa with everything you could want for a great holiday. the problem is when you click on the google map it takes you to a different location?we got a private transfer from the airport luckerly at night ,in the dark and a very patient driver we found the villa not where we thought it was. Not having a car it's 15 mins walk to a small shop on the side of the hotel and 1 hours walk downhill to the town ,lots of places to eat and shop also bigger supermarkets( only 5 euros in a cab back) if you stay here you need a car and it will be well worth it. LOVELY PLACE

Wonderful family holiday in beautiful home
We've enjoyed an amazing week in a very comfortable child friendly home. Everything you could wish for, dishwasher, washing machine and heated pool to mention a few things. Sarah was a pleasure to correspond with, and helpful with whatever enquires we had. You wont be dissapointed if you get the opportunity to stay here!

Value for money
This villa is in a residential secure gated complex. One would find it difficult to find anything to complain about this lovely spacious villa. Well appointed with a private pool. I would would say the accommodation has a broad appeal; large enough for families, and spacious for couples like ourselves. A car is not essential but advisable. The host was reassuringly efficient and provided everything necessary to enjoy a perfect holiday - 10/10

The villa was beautiful, well presented and with a well equipped modern Kitchen The only down side was the TV picture was jumpy on most channels and the WiFi stopped working properly for the last two days of our stay. The pool was nice but it needs work, the tiles around the top are falling off and the pool light needs fixing ASAP my son cut his foot on it.

Fantastic Villa with Private Pool
We had a fabulous stay and cant recommend this villa highly enough. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their villa and use it throughout the year themselves, it is not just a income generator like most of the villas we have stayed in previously. Any queries we had were answered very quickly and Sarah very kindly allowed us a late check out as our flight wasn't until the evening, which made our last day a more relaxing one than it might have been. Everything we needed was supplied, the beds were very comfortable, the villa was very clean and spacious and best of all the pool was a lovely temperature and we were able to spend hours in it and on the terrace soaking up the sun. The windbreak was a great addition and prolonged the time we were able to sit outside. The provision of plastic plates, bowls and cups was ideal so we didn't have to worry about any breakages around the pool. The children were very happy with the WiFi and TV channels available and adults enjoyed watching their team on Sky Sports. The villa is located in a residential area but feels private and we found it very peaceful and relaxing. We hired a car for our stay but taxis are easily available and the more energetic ones would find the walk to the bars and restaurants no problem. There is plenty to see and do in the area if you can tear yourself away from the pool. Our girls enjoyed a camel ride and also the Green Caves with the amazing surprise (not allowed to say what it is don't want to spoil it for future visitors). El Golfo is close and has great scenery and is a lovely place to watch the sunset. So all I can say is if you are thinking of booking this villa do it - you wont be disappointed. It is the best we have stayed in and we really hope to be able to stay again in the not too distant future.

Very homely with comfy sofas and beds, tv was great, plenty toys for our 2 yr old, really nice stay
Lovely villa in quiet area equipped with everything you could need.Air conditioning in living room and all 3 bedrooms was great and worked really well as the weather was hot during our stay.Very nice pool which was ideal for the 3 of us(2 adults,1 2yr old).There was a little supermarket at Virginia Oasis which is about a 12 minute walk and for our bigger shop we used the Spar in the centre which was about a half hour walk.However, if you don't fancy the walk a taxi only costs around €4. Playa Flamingo beach also within about 25 minute walk towards the centre and this was nice and safe especially for small children. Plenty places to eat and stop for a drink once in the centre but it is quiet around the villa. A lot of people seemed to have hire cars but I don't think it's a necessity if you don't mind a half hour walk which was nice in the refreshing breeze. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet break away.

Super séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa et profité pleinement de sa grande piscine!!! La villa est située dans une résidence sécurisée, au calme, et possède tout ce dont vous aurez besoin durant votre séjour. Nous savions que le ménage de fin de séjour était inclus mais nous avons été très agréablement surpris, au retour d'une journée de visite, de constater que le ménage avait été fait et les serviettes changées. Bien sûr je n'oublie pas la très bonne communication avec Sarah qui a toujours, et très rapidement, répondu à nos questions.

Ogolnie willa byla bardzo zadbana. Kontakt z wlascicielka byl bardzo sprawny,szybko odpowiadala. Jedyny minus byl taki ,ze basen byl brudny od piasku. Na poczatku dwa razy byl ktos czyscic ,ale ostatnie cztery dni pobytu nikogo juz nie bylo,mimo ze wlascicielka napisala ,ze ktos bedzie. Wiadomo ze wiekszosc czasu spedza sie przy basenie, a on nie byl czysty.

Schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Vermieter
Schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Vermieter Wir waren für fast 2 Wochen im Winter dort mit unseren 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist gemütlich und schön aufgeteilt. Leider war es bereits sehr abgewohnt (dreckige Wände, ein wenig Schimmel in den Bädern und defektes Besteck etc). Die Matratzen sind wirklich mehr als durchgelegen. Der Pool war maximal 18-23 Grad warm. Bereits am 1. Tag reklamierten wir so einiges und es wurde sich ganz toll gekümmert. Nur 1h später stand ein Putzteam da. Die Temperatur vom Pool wurde erhöht (hat aber leider nicht viel gebracht) und wir sollten neue Matratzen bekommen (diese haben wir bis zum Abreisetag aber nicht bekommen). Immerhin wurde uns der Mietpreis für 1 Tag erstattet. Insgesamt muss man aber sagen, dass wir doch zufrieden waren. Internet und TV waren ok. Heizung in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden (Bäder wäre auch schön gewesen). Die Gegend war spitze. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt! Zur Begrüßung gab es auch einen Wein. Und man hat viel Katzenbesuch ;-)
