GREAT STAY quiet location but not far to resturants and 45min walk to play blanca town
we enjoyed our break, we only stayed 3nights of our 7 booked due to family emergency at home. the owner arrived on the Sunday to clean the pool as we were about to leave he was very friendly. the boardwalk to playa blanca is 3 mins walk from the villa. if you walk left on boardwalk there are a few bars and restaurants within 10mins walk. 5 mins further on there is a beach bar with food also. there other shops and restaurants 25mins further round then your at playa blanca. a very pleasant walk. if you come out the villa and go to the bottom of the road and turn right there a several small supermarkets and 3/4 bars and restaurants 10mins easy walk, there is also a bus stop to playa blanca here. the villa was clean and well stocked plates glasses etc. pool was cold but great once in and a good size. grounds and seating areas were good, limited english channels on tv but we knew that before going, great to sit out at night. hire car is a good idea but we didnt get time to explore the island, auto resin car hire was great 100 euros for the week extra £2/day which covered all accident issues etc, well worth the money as taxi each way was £50. we went to mercada food store and stocked up - 5mins drive from airport, most items were at least 1/2price of resort supermarkets some items triple price at resort . resort prices similar to uk prices but much cheaper near airport , easy to drive to if you use google maps before you go. great stay and will go back highly recommend .

Fabulous villa with lovely pool and garden.
Fantastic villa booked last minute and Vicente the manager/host was Brilliant from start to finish with help and guidance and it was really nice to meet him when he came to clean the pool. The only issue was the listing said there was Air Conditioning and there wasn’t any just one fan which meant some nights we had to have the bedroom windows open and subsequently got bitten.

Thankyou to the owner Vicente who was very friendly and helpful. Outside space and pool at the villa were great albeit an update of the sunbeds and plastic chairs would be a welcome addition. Health issues cause my wife and I to sleep separately so she used the double bedroom whilst I used the bedroom with 2 single beds. I appreciate the singles will no doubt often be used by children but I found the mattress to be very firm and not comfortable for me. Overall the villa was good and reasonably well equipped. I realise the property will be serviced by Vicente and his wife as it is their only rental property. This is only an opinion, but if their budget would allow, an update of the single beds and the aforementioned outside furniture would make the property more attractive. As a business owner myself, I can appreciate these improvements are relative to the returns on rental and may not be feasible, especially after the recent Covid problems which may well have impacted on the owner's finances. Overall 4 out of 5 and we very much enjoyed the holiday in general.

Thank you for leaving a comment about your stay in my house, I accept the suggestion and I have already changed the chairs on the terrace and the sun loungers in the solarium, regarding the mattresses of the two beds in the bedroom, I have to tell you that they do not have much time and they are of medium hardness since some guests like a hard mattress and others softer, so I opted for a medium hardness. Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and the island. Many greetings from Lanzarote

Only downside was the lack of cleanliness
The location of the property was fine and the check in was good as we were unable to open the door. The place was nice, but the floors were dirty and under the beds was full of flithy and dusty. There was a lack of towels and clean bedding. Only one new sheet and no spare duvet covers for 2 weeks which was disappointing. We didn’t realise there would be no cleaning or fresh bedding, so had to wash everything ourselves, which is okay had it be detailed or cleaning/washing products left.

First of all, thank you for taking the trouble to leave a comment about my house. In response to your comment, I will detail the answers: The house is always delivered clean with the floors swept and mopped, it is always supplied with 2 sets of towels for hands, shower and various kitchen towels. It is also delivered with clean bed linen and extra sheets in the closet, apart from a set of blankets. I have never said in my ad that the cleaning service is included, that's why there is a washing machine, and clotheslines in the patio. Greetings from my Island of Lanzarote.

Our overall impression was very good, we had a problem with the boiler for the hot water, this was rectified the next day by fitting a new boiler, the only slight downside was that although the pool was serviced weekly, the bottom was perfect but the sides of the pool do not get cleaned and are therefor dirty, the only other thing we would liked was some kind of small heater the villa was very cold at night, but overall we had a great holiday

Regarding the sides of the pool, I have to comment that on those days there was a very thick haze (dust in suspension) and it was not possible to clean thoroughly. Regarding the cold at night, I have to comment that nothing was communicated to me about it because I have a radiator available to heat and normally inside the house with windows and closed door it should not be very cold, I also have several blankets in the wardrobe to use them. Perfect holiday spot
This is a lovely house - well-equipped, with a spacious patio with great views in a quiet neighbourhood. There are two comfy sofas for the evenings and good WiFi. Vicente is the perfect host and we had a wonderful holiday from start to finish. Easy access to the seafront - great for walks and running. It’s useful to have a car for shopping etc. (The house has a driveway for parking). We definitely hope to visit again.

Great villa with an amazing pool, big enough for up to 4 people, there is everything you need for your holiday and the host is great! Some small shops nearby and only 30 minutes drive away from the airport. Highly recommended!

The villa was everything we expected in a great location with minimarket and restaurants within a short walk. Nice pool and garden and lovely view of the sea and Fuertaventura in the distance. Vincente was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a quiet break in the sun
This is a fantastic property - exactly as described, clean, well-stocked, quiet and with an amazing view of the ocean and Fuerta Ventura. The garden and patio is spacious and a lovely sun-trap in the afternoon and we enjoyed having comfortable sofas to lounge on reading in the evening. Vincente is a wonderful host - excellent communication prior to checking in and a friendly welcome when we arrived. He also very kindly allowed us to stay an extra couple of hours beyond the usual check-out time, which was very generous and greatly appreciated. We didn't have any problems so there was no need to contact the owners during our stay, but I am confident that they would have responded quickly if we had needed anything. Overall, we heartily recommend this property and we really hope that we'll be able to stay there again

Lovely Villa AguaMarina!
The villa was in a wonderfully quiet location and although you have very close next door neighbours it never felt too intrusive. Vicente was there at the villa when we arrived and was a lovely, warm and friendly host. The villa was clean and tidy and was perfect for a relaxing week in Lanzarote. Wonderful villa with beautiful view!
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this fantastic villa. From the moment we arrived we felt at home and relaxed! The garden is beautiful and has fabulous views across the sea to Fuerteventura on one side and the Pechiguera lighthouse on the other. The swimming pool is a great size, has a pool light and is heated - perfect! The villa is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and leads onto an outside laundry room which I loved as everything dried so quickly in the breeze. The two bedrooms have gorgeous views of Montana Roja, which you can walk up. The villa is in a nice quiet area which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool. Vincente is a fantastic host, and we left Lanzarote feeling like we have gained a friend on the island! I would definitely recommend this villa x

Wonderful, Peaceful Time
We had an amazing time at this Villa. It was peaceful, a great place to switch off and enjoy the views. The pool is a great size to swim and have fun and was cleaned while we were there. Initially we thought it didn't feel too private as you can see into the neighbors villa. But once in the pool or the sitting area your not overlooked and is nice and private. The interior is a little bit dated but that doesn't detract in any way from the villa. A few things could be updated but that's just cosmetic. It was lovely and clean and homely. The beds were comfy, sofa area comfortable and full kitchen to use. With a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven etc. Great for self catering. Mr Lopez was a lovely host. His communication before was really helpful. He visited us on the day we arrived to explain a few things. And even came to say goodbye. Although we didn't have any problems I'm confident he would have resolved any issues if we had had any. The TV only had a couple of English channels. The area is a quiet residential area. We didn't explore any local restaurants but there were a few a ten minute walk away with a couple of small supermarket. We had a car and used it to explore. Playa Blanca was about 8minute drive and the Marina is a lovely place for a variety of restaurants. A car isn't essential as they were bus' on the main road. But we enjoyed being able to go a further and explore the island. It would take about 50 minutes to walk to Playa Blanca. The sea front was about a 7 minute walk, no beach in this area but nice to walk along the front to the lighthouse or Playa Blanca. We would definitely book this villa again.

Peaceful sanctuary with beautiful view
We loved this villa. Sitting outside was a pleasure, even in January. Sitting on the terrace was a view across a stunning garden and the pool to the lighthouse on one side and sea and neighbouring island on the other. The garden is sunny all day and due to the prevailing northerly wind sheltered on the terrace. Overall a wonderful relaxing place to stay. The villa is well equipped and for us well situated close to the coastal path. There was a lovely bar within 5 minutes on the coastal path as well as bars and restaurants at the nearby El Faro complex. It was an enjoyable walk into the centre or to the marina but if you did not fancy walking the no. 30 bus was very cheap and every 30 mins. Equally taxis were very inexpensive Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

First impressions of the villa and outside space were lovely and very clean .
We had a lovely holiday in this villa. Although we were disappointed there was no welcome pack, bread, milk etc.,! Only 1 fan for the whole villa. The second bedroom only had 1 small pillow on each single bed. The bathroom basin filled up with water without the plug being in. The pedestal leaked at the bottom and ran across the floor. The shower tray leaked at the front and side and made the floor very slippery. The fridge door compartment was cracked and stuck together with cello tape, luckily we noticed this before putting any glass bottles in it. No one came to clean the pool in the 10 days we were there. These were only minor things but if sorted the villa would be so much nicer.

The flaws mentioned are fixed, if they had communicated I would fix them before, since things can deteriorate or break. Regarding cleaning the pool if it was cleaned 2 times in the 9 days. Lovely spot
Though we booked last minute, Sr Lopez made things easy and kept in touch. Like the fact that Sr Lopez was at the villa when we arrived to show us round and left his phone number should we have any problems. The villa had everything we required for a few days relaxing in the sunshine. The location is good, far enough away from the town to be quiet, but not too far from some nice restaurants and just a couple of minutes from the beech/sea front. Whilst not a criticism, it would have been nice for there to be an information pack in the villa with what's available around the area, markets, places of interest etc. Would be happy to book this villa again in the future, thank you Sr Lopez. Wonderful villa, magnificent holiday!

Unsere Erfahrungen nach acht Wochen Aufenthalt
Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Aguamarina hat uns gut gefallen. Die Beschreibung auf der FeWo-direkt Seite ist korrekt, wir haben keine Abweichungen gefunden. Der Kontakt mit Vincente war jederzeit gut und nahezu herzlich. Da er die Poolpflege selbst durchführt, haben wir uns auch jede Woche gesehen und hatten immer unseren Spaß im Gespräch mit ihm. Das Grundstück ist sehr großzügig und gepflegt. Der Grillbereich war genau richtig für uns. Die Terrasse war teilweise überdacht und wurde von uns rege genutzt. Sinnvoll ist ein Mietwagen der dann in der Einfahrt oder auf der Zufahrtsstraße geparkt werden kann. Der Innenbereich wirkt neu renoviert. Die Schlafzimmer waren ok und großzügig mit Schränken ausgestattet. Das große Badezimmer wirkte etwas abgelebt und an die Zusammenstellung der Fliesen muss man sich gewöhnen. Im kleinen Badezimmer roch es immer etwas unangenehm. Das war für uns die größte Störung. Die Ausstattung der Küche passte überhaupt nicht zu der Bezeichnung Villa. Hier war nur absolute Billigausstattung vorhanden und nichts passte zusammen. Teller Tassen und Gläser irgendwie zusammengewürfelt, auf jeden Fall nicht schön. Dass ein Geschirrspüler fehlt wussten wir natürlich schon vorher. Deutsche Fernsehsender konnten wir zwar empfangen, aber es war abenteuerlich dahin zu kommen. Die Qualität des Streams war nicht gut und wir haben häufiger auch den Fernseher abgestellt da mal wieder nichts ging. Grundsätzlich war alles da für einen angenehmen achtwöchigen Aufenthalt

Der schlechte Geruch im kleinen Badezimmer liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass es nicht benutzt wird und die Abflüsse trocken bleiben Es ist ratsam, es von Zeit zu Zeit zu verwenden. Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich diesen Kommentar höre. Was das Geschirr betrifft, verfügt das Haus über komplettes Geschirr für 4 Personen sowie Kessel und Pfannen zum Kochen sowie die am häufigsten verwendeten Utensilien in einer Küche. Ausländische Fernsehsender laufen über das Internet und manchmal ist es nicht dasselbe wie mit einer Antenne. Viele Grüße aus Lanzarote

Fijne uitvalsbasis om naar strand te lopen en het eiland te verkennen
We hebben het heerlijk gehad en genoten met elkaar. De buurt is rustig en ondanks dat er aan beide kanten buren hadden, boodt de plek veel privacy. We vonden het heerlijk om naar het barretje aan het kleine strandje te lopen, of in een uurtje langs de kust naar Playa Dorada te lopen. We liepen dan al wel 3 strandjes voorbij, maar deze was favoriet. Ook de ochtend beginnen met een duik in het zwembad vonden we heerlijk! Verder hadden zowel mijn man en ik, als onze zoon en vriendin een eigen auto gehuurd, zo konden we ieder onze eigen weg gaan, al hebben we stiekem veel samen gedaan. Vincente was altijd goed bereikbaar en dacht met ons mee, zo konden we iets eerder in de accommodatie, omdat we al vroeg landden. Wij hebben genoten!

Decouverte de Lanzarote
Agreable sejour à playa Blanca. Location conforme à l'annonce, quartier paisible et bien située pour profiter des plages du sud de l'île. Bon accueil de Vincente, très a l'ecoute et de bon conseil pour decouvrir Lanzarote.

Toller Urlaub in Playa Blanca
Haus: Sehr gepflegte Anlage und Bepflanzung; Pool war im Januar beheizt (ca. 26 Grad) und sauber; das Haus selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch mit allem Wesentlichen ausgestattet; die Badezimmer könnten mal wieder renoviert werden. Lage: Ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße; in wenigen Minuten gelangt man fußläufig zur Uferpromenade von Playa Blanca; dort auch direkt Möglichkeiten zum Baden; für Kleinkinder attraktiv ist Playa Flamingo, man läuft an der Promenade ca. 30 Minuten oder in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto; Supermarkt ist 800m entfernt, dort auch einige Restaurants.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie einen Kommentar über mein Haus hinterlassen haben, und kommentieren Sie einige Dinge, bald werde ich die Badezimmer renovieren und ich denke darüber nach, die Badewanne zu entfernen, Duschwanne zu stellen und einige Möbel zu wechseln. Ich bin sehr froh, dass sie sowohl das Haus als auch die Umgebung mochten. Viele Grüße von meiner Insel Lanzarote.

Fantastische plek
Heerlijk huis om te verblijven in Lanzarote, genoeg opties dichtbij om naar het strand te gaan, boodschappen te doen en ook fijn om een dag bij het huis te blijven met zwembad en bbq. Zwembad is goed af te schermen voor kleine kinderen die nog niet kunnen zwemmen

Das war ein schöner Urlaub....
....im Hause von Vicente Lopez. Es ist nicht mehr ganz jung, aber alles ist vorhanden, gepflegt und sauber. Zum Wohlfühlen. Stabiles Internet, deutsche TV-Programme. Teilweise Meerblick und ruhige Lage auf einer immer stärker frequentierten Insel. Leihwagen sehr empfehlenswert. Danke Vicente für schnelle Hilfe bei kleinen Problemen und den freundlichen Kontakt.

Tolle Lage
Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Ferienhaus Siedlung. Der Pool war sauber und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt!

Un séjour très agréable, une location parfaite pour notre séjour !
La maison est très pratique et bien équipée, le quartier est très calme. La piscine juste ce qu'il faut à 4 pour se rafraichir et s'amuser en famille. Nous avions une voiture et cela nous a permis de bien profiter de l'île. De très belles vacances !

Estancia agradable
La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila con buenas instalaciones . El propietario se ha mostrado muy atento en todo momento. Por poner un punto en contra, diría que agua caliente en la ducha dura poco aunque es cierto que enseguida vuelve a cargar. En general, muy recomendable.

Fantastic house with great pool in quiet location
Huse has everything you need for a great vacation. Pool is warm and clean and the area is nice and quiet. The host is very friendly and always available for questions. We will absolutely stay here again on a next trip to Lanzarote. Would really recommend this place to everyone.

Tolles Ferienhaus🌞
Nette Kommunikation schon im Vorwege mit dem Vermieter. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Der nette Vermieter war nach Ankunft kurz vor Ort für den Check-In und einige Erläuterungen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Villengegend. Durch die nach Süden ausgerichtete, überdachte Terrasse kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Der Pool war sauber und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach, aber alles vorhanden. Das Geschirr / Kochgeschirr und das Besteck haben wir nach Ankunft abgewaschen, es machte nicht den sauberst n Eindruck, ebenso haben wir den Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine vor Benutzung gereinigt und entkalkt. Wir haben das Haus und den Pool sehr genossen und würden das Haus wieder buchen. Ein Mietfahrzeug zur Erkundung der Insel ist von Vorteil. Beste Grüße an den Vermieter.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la maison de Vicente. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours au cours de cette première quinzaine de Novembre. La maison est idéale pour un couple avec deux enfants. Le descriptif de l'annonce et les photos sont tout à fait conformes. Nous avons également apprécié les interactions avec Vicente avant et pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location! Marie

Rustige vakantiewoning
Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met een fijn zwembad. Ondanks buren heel veel rust om ons heen. Op loopafstand van diverse restaurantjes. Drukkere Playa Blanca is 35 minuten lopen via pad langs de zee.
