This desert oasis was a wonderful experience. The cleanliness is the best we have seen in home rentals. The amenities were more than most homes for this price and the location. The kitchen was stocked and ready for you to make a great meal!

This house is definitely primarily a rental. There aren’t a lot of comfortable spaces to sit together and relax, but the games, hot tub, pool table, hooky were great to enjoy for our one night here.

The home is as described. Very clean and comfortable! Seemed to be a very quiet and safe location and is conveniently located near I-25 and hwy 70.We loved the hot-tub with the private patio and also the game room. The kitchen had all the basics - coffee, hot chocolate, seasonings/ spices, foil/plastic wrap and all utensils we needed!Jessica was easy to communicate with and it was easy to access the home and the TV's.I would definitely stay here again if we are down here again!

Amazing Fun Stay!

My family loved the property. The pool table was fun and it was a nice clean property in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was awesome, and the weight room was very nice. I wish I had gotten the motivation to use it more. Overall everything was more than we could have hoped for and we will be trying to stay there again when we go back to Las Cruces next year.

This was probably my favorite VRBO stay so far. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. But what impressed me most was how much time and care was put into decorating the place. The hot tub area was amazing making it feel like a real getaway. There were paintings throughout the house. The choice of furniture was unique and added character. The couch had a pull out we used and we loved all the fire places! So many blankets, books and games we ended up spending more time at the house just relaxing than we originally intended because it was so nice!! Thanks to the host for a great stay!

Best Place in Las Cruces Hands Down!

The house has EVERYTHING you might need in a pinch. All of those little things you might have forgotten will be there, along with high ceilings, a spacious floor plan, and a subdued but whimsical decor. The hot tub was fantastic. The back yard is an oasis away from home. My son loved the pool table and t.v.s in every room. We truly felt welcomed and at home. Our hostess was very responsive to my questions, and the price is unbeatable in today’s economy. Run don’t walk to book this gem for your next stay in Las Cruces. Thank you for the memories we made in your home. Truly special.

Delightful and inviting

First thing walked into a very pleasant smelling home. Was wonderful. Every bedroom has a tv though we didn’t use them. 2 bathrooms which were perfect. Kitchen was great with adequate amounts of everything that was needed. Hall closet filled with dog items to use if needed, baby items if needed. A fantastic game room with pool table and a ring toss game we enjoyed and then a wonderful exercise room we utilized and the hot tub! The location was perfect to various restaurants and to antique shops and park. Highly recommend this home to others. 3 good size comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with skylights that helped with electricity.
