"Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding. Pool areas are lovely and well maintained. Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms. "

"Great resort, good food. Nice to have both a hot tub and heated pool. Spa was great. Nice quiet area of South Tenerife - only a few hotels in the area so not as busy. Good beach walking and hiking in the area. Comfy beds, nice balconies. "

"Nice spacious room, cleaned daily. Very polite staff, great amenities, especially for children. Lovely location, right on the coast with a nice promenade in front but no beach worth mentioning! Lots of sun chairs ( in February/ March) . The only problem we had was the food was a bit cold, some meat tough and there were only buffets, no al a carte. Such a pity. But for the money it was good value. "

"Reception staff were rude, pressured us to pay additional fees which were not incurred. Sadly this totally ruined an otherwise faultless experience "

"Room was amazing and the staff are brilliant. Only reservation is the Bed and Pillow Selection. Both have slightly let down the otherwise off the chart experience. The pillows are all very hot potentially due to 100% artificial (polyester I believe) filling and the mattress was so hard, it literally gave hard back due to its hardness. Maybe a pillow top on top of the mattress would have been better but hey ho. Other than that, very amazing stay and experience. My 2+ enjoyed the most !"

"We were really disappointed with this apartment, particularly as it was booked for a family stay over Christmas and New Year.Sadly, the property did not reflect the advert or photographs. It was much smaller than expected and very difficult to live in as a family of four. There was virtually no storage space, the apartment felt worn and tatty, and many items were chipped, marked, or broken. We even found boxes stored under the bed containing other people’s clothes, which was upsetting and made us feel uncomfortable.The layout was impractical, with bedroom doors that could not open fully, internal doors cut away at the bottom, shutters that would not close properly, and a general feeling that the apartment had not been properly prepared for guests. There was also no spare bedding available. The balcony is cluttered and the smell of weed from neighbours was so stong we had to go inside and close the doors.We raised our concerns politely during the stay, but unfortunately the issues were not resolved. In the end, we were forced to find alternative accommodation and ultimately leave early, which was not how we had hoped to spend our Christmas holiday. We stayed 1 night of 14!This was a very upsetting experience, and we would not recommend the apartment for families. The advert is very misleading and so are the reviews and should be ignored. The apartment is very rundown, the complex is ok at best. Location is not suitable either as there is nothing around. "

"Nice property, but the owner charged me for missing items that were never present. Pool ans complex very nice. Some dirty and damaged furniture. "

"We had a great stay. The appartment was cosy but good equiped. The balcony is the treasure. Because it is top floor and directly ocean oriented it has a stunning view of the bay with great sunsets. The location was great as well. Lots of shops and restaurants but not too busy. Very close to the ocean with multiple sunset bars. And a superdino right in front comes handy. I would book again for sure."

"Impressive sized property. 3 beds, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, all large in size. The pool is stunning and plenty of space, the complex is very secure, all gated. The only restaurants are at the bottom of a large hill, lovely area but we needed a car to get about. We couldnt get the Wifi or TV to work, the shower leaked into the apartment and through the floor to the carpark, the doors dont all lock properly,but the outer shutters do. We still had use of the upstairs shower/bath and the Wifi/TV didnt really bother us, but might some. However, despite the mishaps, we would still book this apartment again, which says a lot, although car rental is needed, or taxis, or a lot of hilly walking, very sad to leave..."
