Lovely hotel although disappointed with a few things . 1. All other 5 star hotels I have stayed in would provide nice quality products in the bathroom , there was not even a shower cap ! 2. fridge in room locked and could only be used if we upgraded to all inclusive !! 3.would expect complimentary water to be replenished every day as with other 5 star hotels we have stayed in, even if it was only used to make coffee /tea. unhygienic to be filling a kettle or coffee machine from a tap in the bathroom ! However we did find the hotel to be lovely . Staff pleasant and helpful. The aqua gym instructor was fab and really encouraging , looked forward to it every day .

We just came back from our 1 week holiday there as a family. We had a wonderful time there, the foods were absolutely delicious, the spa and facilities are amazing. The hotel looks a bit tired in some area and can do with some future improvement, but the facilites, the swimming pool and the staffs, the services all made up for it!! My little boy absolutely the kids slides in the waterpark and there's also a miniclub for exhausting parents! Evening performance is quite goo. Thank you so much to all the staffs who were all very welcoming and helpful, they also went above and beyond to upgrade our room, and even sent a bottle to the room on my birthday. We totally enjoyed our stay there and were very sad to leave. We look forward to coming back soon! Mr & Mrs Lindeman

Lovely hotel, great location, but not very warming. We were travelling with 6 other friends who were staying at another hotel. This hotel would not allow outside guests to share facilities. So we all went and spent the day at the Hard Rock hotel who accepted us with open arms, and yes we had lunch and bar drinks throughout the day.

Great hotel overall. Our room was very noisy however, we got a room right above the central party area on the 6th floor, we couldn't leave the balcony door open most of the time (until around midnight, kids, talking, music, lot of activities until late hours), it was also very annoying that people smoke on their balconies. Make sure you ask for a quiet room. The staff was very nice and helpful overall (5 stars), amenities are great, pools are clean, recommend the Spa and the Burgos restaurant, it's very nice and quiet, good fine dining spot for a change from the continental meals and crowd.
