The apartment is outward oriented with large windows, giving wonderful panoramic sea and beach views, offering sun all day.
It's fully Equipped with modern kitchen and bathroom. The living room has a large, flat-screen TV. WiFi is included.
The balcony has sun all day, with palm trees just outside. This corner of the beach is the warmest and Least Usually windy part. This is why you can find many restaurants With outdoor terraces.
This apartment was partitioned from what used to be my childhood home. Friends and family stay here They Came to visit Whenever me. I like it Because it has all you need to feel at home for a short stay. The location is fantastic, making it a great jumping point to discover Las Palmas. It's Centrally located, with supermarkets and shopping possibilities Several nearby. And, of course, the beach is just three steps away!
