The apartment has 17 square meters, is fresh, newly renovated and completely equipped.
-The Studio is of type “interior”: the windows have a limited view to a small “patio”. The room has plenty of daylight, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower etc.
-The building is very worn out and needs reparations. The inhabitants are from mixed countries Africa included. Many families with children live here. Smell of African food dishes may be noticed at the public corridors. If You are sensitive for this kind of things *You should carefully consider that before booking*.
Anyhow:
-The building and area are secure also for solo female travellers.
-When I am in Las Palmas I live myself in the actual apartment and love it.

-Hi Speed WLAN and cable connection, highest quality 140x200 cm double bed (also an extra bed 80x195 cm for one for temporary use).
-The HD-TV 55” has all ordinary Spanish channels, is connected to internet and provide Netflix and programs from Your country including radio and stream.
-The apartment has a code lock on the door providing 24h Check In/Out.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas and a penalty fee is applied!

-The beach of Las Canteras is only at 180 m (two minutes walk) distance.
-The nearest parking house is at two minutes walk distance.

-The cleaning between visitors is done by a person from outside; the fee is not included in the daily prices of the apartment but added separately and covers the whole stay.
-Stays longer than seven nights receive free weekly cleaning service (but the first cleaning is always charged).
