Canteres Beach

Fantastic location. Rooftop patio is amazing. Property was just as advertised. Host was very easy to reach and responds quickly to any questions. This is a perfect location for staying in Las Palmas and enjoying Canteras Beach!

Fantastic Apartment

The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything for a very comfortable stay. We were there for a month and didn’t want to leave!The rooftop terrace was amazing with a wonderful view.Fernando was a great host, answering any queries immediately.

The host has been really helpfull. Very quick to answer any questions.Property was very clean rooms were spotless. Showers worked with good pressure.Beds were very comfortable and clean.The stairs were well worth it as the view was amazing. Very quiet at night.

A light spacious apartment in a great location

Fernando s apartment was right by the beach and handy for restaurants and shops though inside it was lovely and quiet. It was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basics such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and toilet rolls

perfect location, amazing sea view and beautiful apartment

Everything was as described and is really nice. The communication with Fernando was super easy. There even is a fourth bed not visible in the pictures so it sleeps four people comfortably :)

It was perfect!

Perfect communication, very clean apartment, best location of Las Canteras, very big terasse (which are rare in Las Palmas), just 4 steps from the beach. There is a very good bakery just 30 meters from the apartment if you wanna get breakfast. A Supermarket is also near. And there are a lot of Restaurants around the apartment. We would return! Thank you!

Endroit paradisiaque

Les indications de Fernando pour l’arrivée étaient très précises et nous avons facilement pu entrer dans l’appartement. La vue sur la mer et le paseo était époustouflante. Entendre le bruit de la mer depuis notre salon, le rêve!Petits bémols : le drainage de la douche près de la grande chambre est très lent.

Simply perfect

Die Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum und war für uns perfekt. Das große Schlafzimmer hinten im Haus mit Ausgang zum kleinen Innenhof war wunderbar leise, von der Promenade hat man gar nichts mehr mitbekommen, das kleine Zimmer nach vorne bedarf eines guten Schlafes, besonders wenn morgens um 7 der Strand gesäubert wird - hat meinen Partner aber nicht die Bohne gestört.... die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigen könnte, inklusive Föhn, auch in der Küche alles vorhanden aber mit Abstand das tollste ist natürlich die riesige Dachterrasse mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf der wir den überwiegenden Teil der Zeit verbracht haben. Auch das Restaurant unten im Haus ist super, wobei natürlich die gesamte Promenade von guten Restaurants gesäumt ist. Wir haben und ein mal hoch und runter gegessen.... und Fernando stand uns bei den wenigen Problemen und Fragen sofort zur Seite.... Einfach ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, obwohl wir zuhause einen quicklebendigen kleinen Kakerlakenflüchtling im Koffer entdeckt haben... Aber das lässt sich in diesen Ländern kaum vermeiden

Mit großer Terrasse direkt am Traumstrand

Das Appartement ist von der Lage her gigantisch gut: Direkt am 4 km langen Traumstrand Playa de las Canteras in Las Palmas gelegen, man kann zum Baden direkt aus der Wohnung gehen. An der Strandpromenade sind zahlreiche tolle Restaurants. Die Schlüssel Übergabe durch Fernando verlief hervorragend- er meldete sich bereits mehrere Tage vor Anreise, war dann persönlich da und war jederzeit per WhatsApp ansprechbar. Diese Unterkunft ist also absolut empfehlenswert!

We have stayed in this building for years, but this was the first time we stayed in the top floor. It was just like the pictures and meet all of our expectations. Having a private rooftop terrace was nice. We will return!

Direkt am Strand

Die Wohnung befindet sich in direkter Lage zum Las Canteras Strand. Sie ist hell, geräumig und ist super ausgestattet. Matratze ist sehr gut, also keine Rückenschmerzen. Es gibt sogar Erstatzdecken, falls einem doch mal zu kalt sein sollte. Ausreichend Handtücher für Bad, Küche und sogar für den Strand. Die Fenster sind gut, Straßenlärm bleibt meistens draußen, wobei man vom Restaurant unten im Haus lediglich etwas hört, wenn sie ein und ausräumen. Das haben wir aber nicht als störend empfunden. Die Terasse war sehr schnell unser neues Wohnzimmer. Die Kommunikation mit Fernando war sehr gut und alles hat ohne Komplikationen geklappt.Hat Spaß gemacht. ERwähnt werden sollte, dass die Wohnung in der 2. Etage liegt und es keinen Fahrstuhl gibt. Das Treppenhaus ist relativ eng, zumindest für deutsche Verhältnisse. Da ist der 20 kg Koffer schon eine mittlere Herausforderung aber man kann ihn gut auf dem Treppenabsatz pausieren lassen. Wir hatten erstmalig auf Gran Canaria gut 2 Wochen von den 4 Wochen sehr gemischtes Wetter. Sprich es regnete für unser Gefühl häufig und auch der Wind war teils sehr kühl und rauh. Das war natürlich kein GRund unseren Urlaub nicht zu genießen. Die Insel hat so viel zu bieten, da ist das Wetter nicht im Vordergrund. Allerding blättert beim Hinterhaus durch das Wetter stetig Farbe ab, die dann auf der Terasse und im Innenhof liegen. Das nur nebenbei, denn auch das hat uns nicht gestört und der Gastgeber hat darauf ja auch keinen Einfluss. Wer mit dem Auto unterwegs ist kann wunderbar 2 Straßen weiter in der Calle Padre Cueto im Parkhaus parken. Das Team dort ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem haben wir es sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Wohnung von Herzen weiter. Danke Fernando :)
