The LINQ Hotel & Casino – A Caesars Rewards Destination
8/10 Good
"Front desk and cleaning staff were amazing took 3 phone calls to get ahold of housekeeping. The elevators were clean but the floors by them were gross for the 48 hours we were there. Was way overpriced for what you get."
"We were on the 26th floor facing Las Vegas blvd. The first night starting at 11 pm drum were playing so loud we couldn’t sleep. We believe it was across the street at Cesar’s pool. Complained, but were told nothing could be done. They stopped at 3 am. The second night it was quiet, 3rd night started again, but not as loud. The room had no soap to wash your hands, sink handles hardly worked including shower handles. "
"Waited 45 minutes for check in. Long line. Also waited 45 minutes for breakfast. Too many drunk people around, probably not unusual in Vegas but was not pleasant. Facilities were clean and nice though and staff was helpful"
"We booked Mandalay Bay… didn’t realize we were staying at the “W” which is an offshoot connected on the other side of Mandalay bay. I found this out when we had difficulties upon check-in and our key cards wouldn’t work on the elevators. So after trying that multiple times I had to go stand back in the long check-in line because no one could help me and wait another 20 minutes for the front desk to find out we were in the “W tower” basically a half mile away.
The room was nice, but didn’t care for their little refrigerator set up that they had all of their own amenities in there so you had nowhere to put anything to keep it cold if you bought something elsewhere.
Overall, I am not sure if I would stay there again. I would probably choose somewhere further down the strip, as I just don’t feel like it was worth the price."
