"We were charge for late check out fee! But we checked out at 07:45 am. I called horseshoe and they said the housekeeping noted there some belongings in the room at 01:40 pm, so we were charge for late check out fee ! It’s so frustrating reaching out to them to get answers and dispute the wrong charge. It’s a bad experience."
