"For the cost and the location of the strip, Good. Bed was comfortable but small, two full size beds. The room was dusty, lamps and tops of beds weren’t dusted. Bathroom was rusty, full of hard water spots, shower and sink didn’t drain well in 8th floor. The bathroom had damage to the walls due to water leaks and wasn’t repaired. The calcifications made it feel dingy. No bath mat, glad I brought flip flops! Oh and the lights went out from one night to next morning in the bathroom. We had to reset the panel on the outlet. Figured it out after one person showered in the dark. The hours of the coffee in hotel made it feel non existent! It’s Vegas and everyone’s out super late and the shops close “normal” 5pm hours. There was no staff we ever spoke to! Literally check in was at kiosk. Parking was expensive $25 on Thursday and wknd $35. The hotel smells like smoke. Not kid or Family considered. Didn’t gamble here. The parking was confusing! We didn’t even see valet. The parking structure elevators do not connect with the hotel."

"AVOID . Awful staff , rude and incompetent. First room we booked for Mother’s Day the shower completely didn’t work.. we called front desk and were told they would fix it in the next couple hours . They never even came. We called the next morning saying we need a shower asap. They said they will fix it. We went to the pool for 2 hours we’re also nasty tiny pool that was dirty. Came back and no shower they gave us a $50 credit for food and drinks. Switched us to a new room . Ok great then noticed the tv doesn’t work…. Once we left we were then hit with a $200 tab currently fighting ….. ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE… and rude staff no apologies given at the front desk… no room upgrade a tiny $50 credit couldn’t take a shower for 1.5 days and then no tv room… tiny dirty pool. Looks nice lobby and free parking I guess was cool. Everything else was trash."

"I was impressed with the room. I live in Las Vegas but I live in Summerlin which makes it hard when you are managing a convention on the strip with long hours. The location was impeccable."
