Worse, the staff’s service made everything worse: instead of admitting mistakes or trying to resolve issues, they repeatedly offered excuses and shifted responsibility. That response ruined what should have been a relaxing celebration. Key points: Location: far from centers/attractions — requires a vehicle and extra travel time. Service: poor attitude and responsiveness; no effort to remedy problems. Amenities & supplies: basic refill items (shampoo, soap) were not replenished; no bathrobes or slippers provided. Facilities: elevator was out of service yet guests were still charged for related services; breakfast was not included despite expectations — staff only recommended other restaurants, which is inconvenient. Overall: unhappy — not appropriate for special occasions like birthdays or a relaxing vacation. Recommendation: I do not recommend this place until their service and guest management improve. Suggested action for management: Be transparent about the property’s distance from local amenities. Ensure basic supplies are consistently stocked, repair or clearly disclose non-working facilities (e.g., elevator), and honor advertised inclusions like breakfast.
