"The staff are very nice, respectful and helpful. They made everything very easy. The hotel rooms are very clean and nice. The hotel's location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk to Aya Sophia and the Basilica, and about 10 minutes to Topkapi. The hotel is also two minutes walk from the tram station that gets you anywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there next time."

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting a wide variety of interesting sites and restaurants, all within relatively short walking distances. "The room was nicely appointed, clean and quiet. The walls may be thin, but it was quiet all 3 nights when I went to bed. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location was ideal for most sites. The lobby looks tired but clean and there is a bar and restaurant, though there are other restaurants nearby that have a wider range of dishes. I didn't try the spa-not sure where it is in the building."
