"There is no bar or restaurant at this hotel, which was the main reason I chose to book here, so I was very disappointed to find that out. The night staff was not particularly helpful or friendly, although the daytime staff was very helpful and welcoming. On a positive note, the included breakfast was very good."

"The location was excellent, especially for easy access to the Eiffel Tower, and having a drinking water fountain was very convenient. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, the room was quite warm, and the staff were unable to provide the requested bedsheets properly."
