He was friendly and available for any needs - and included some special touches to make us feel welcome! The house is set up well to accommodate its guests. " The Lodge has had a major renovation so the material condition of the entire facility was like new. Off-season and mid-week, it was very quiet. Minimal staff was pleasant and efficient. Did not visit the casino. No dining facility in the Lodge. Convenient to restaurants."

"Great stay. The location is perfect - walking distance to Glen Arbor, Lake Michigan and the Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail but feels so secluded and peaceful! The house is cute, cozy, clean and had every amenity we needed for 6 of us on a girls’ weekend. We were treated to amazing fall colors and perfect weather and we loved relaxing by the fireplace. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again. "
