"I had an excellent stay at this resort! The staff and service were outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and professional. Room service was prompt and high quality, and the overall amenities were impressive, especially the bars and restaurants. The coffee shop was another highlight, offering great service and convenient hours. The food in the main cafeteria was delicious with plenty of options, which made meals enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed with the vegetarian offerings. Some dishes were mislabeled, and I even found meat in an item marked vegetarian. When I brought this to the on-site manager’s attention, he apologized but unfortunately did not have the chef re-make the dish. Aside from that incident, everything else about the stay was wonderful. I would still highly recommend this resort for its exceptional hospitality, comfort, and amenities—just be cautious if you have dietary restrictions."

"I loved this property. Although you have to be shuttled around, it’s worth it. You can walk to the lobby depending in where you are staying. You can also be shuttled to the other 2 hotels on the property which are all apart of the all-inclusive. There are 2 kid clubs as well, one for younger kids and one for teens. The buffet is amazing. You have to be able to find something that you enjoy. I would definitely return again. "

"This resort was a pleasant surprise. From the moment we walked in everyone was so nice and accomodating. The food at the Italian restaurant and Buffet was our favorite and The bartenders made the best drinks! The foam party is the BEST I've been to in Cancun/Playa area. Entertainment staff was amazing and the night shows were fantastic! This is now our go to resort when visiting!"
