Excellent breakfast buffet, and also the buffet dinner choice was superb. Relaxing hotel, quiet (in January!) and good helpful staff.

Great place for a last minute family stay
Made a last minute reservation at the DoubleTree and were accommodated without any problems. Comfortable, air-conditioned rooms. Beautiful pools and beach club. Food and drinks were plentiful.

Wspaniałe miejsce na relax. Spędziłam tu 10 fantastycznych dni urlopu. Standard na najwyższym poziomie, miła i przyjazna obsługa, przepyszne jedzenie. Okolica niesamowita, codziennie spacerowałam po malowniczej okolicy. Bardzo blisko na przepiękna plażę. Szczerze polecam 😁

Lovely hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Great facility for golfers not much else thereabouts if your not playing golf !! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again

An oasis in Lepe
We were travelling from Gran Canaria to Ireland with our two fur babies and we stayed for two nights in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and they even left a snack and a toy each for our dogs in their very comfy beds. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back

Great Holidays in Islantilla
Great hotel for Beach and Golf holidays. Islantilla is a nice place for family holidays with plenty of activities and nice weather.

This 450 bedroom hotel should be closed for the winter,the location is nice but everything is closed shop except the golfcourse.... A few couples staying here,return visitors as it is quite good value for money however we felt the hotel is struggling financially... We enjoyed our stay but can not recomend same.

Great for golfers.
Mattresses very hard. Buffet dinner reasonable value and good choice. Musicians in the lounge at night were lively and entertaining.

Decepção total
Uma decepção, pois embora o hotel tenha excelentes condições a experiência foi má. Reservámos uma vila que pelas fotos teria jardim e vista piscina mas não correspondeu quando chegámos ao local apenas duas villas benefíciam do jardim. Deparamo-nos com uma vista para um matagal, pedimos para trocar e trocaram para uma vila do lado que tinha uma vista sobre o golf ( um pouco melhor). Para acedermos á piscina tínhamos que dar a volta toda ao hotel por fora (10min) pois não têm acesso para carrinhos de bebé pelo lado interior o que para nós foi muito desagradável, o mesmo para tomar o pequeno almoço e foi isto todos os dias. As tomadas da sala só funcionam se tiver as luzes acesas o que não nos permitiu ter a câmara de vídeo vigilância dos bebés ligada durante a noite. Tentámos várias vezes na receção resolver a situação e deram nos uma tomada extensível. A sanita entupiu e veio tudo para fora… pedimos mais uma vez para mudar de villa mas a solução foi enviar uma equipa de desentupimento enquanto estávamos a desfrutar da estadia (muito incómodo). Havia formigas em todas as divisões da vila, não repuseram o amaciador nem o café uma única vez. Tínhamos que carregar com as toalhas da piscina todos os dias pois é política do hotel. No último dia e depois de verem que estávamos mesmos insatisfeitos com toda a situação decidiram oferecer uma garrafa de espumante e as bebidas ao jantar. Obrigado mas já foi tarde e não mudou a má experiência.. apenas mudou eu não ter escrito no livro📕

Hotel Extraordinário
Hotel espetacular. Maravilhoso para famílias. Simpatia extraordinária de todos os funcionários do hotel com destaque para os da recepção e limpeza. Um pouco afastado da praia mas com um "trem" exclusivo do hotel que funciona muito bem e a todas as horas desde a porta do hotel e a entrada da praia. Tudo maravilhoso para descansar. Área de piscina no hotel magnifica e muito bem cuidada e vigiada. Com um bar de piscina maravilhoso. Preços do consumo dos bares nada exagerados comparativamente a outros hotéis do mesmo nível em Portugal !!! Sendo um hotel central para as atividades de golf, nada está diretamente direcionado para essa atividade e por isso ninguém se sente discriminado por não ser praticante. Comida no pequeno almoço e jantar buffet nada de extraordinária mas com qualidade e em muita quantidade. Limpeza TOP. Poucas atividades noturnas mas de qualidade. Ponto negativo: pack da televisão com canais espanhóis, franceses , alemães, americanos e até japoneses. Dado que o Hotel é imensamente fraquentado por portugueses, é INADMISSÍVEL não ter um único canal português. De notar que Islantilla está a 30 km da fronteira com Portugal...
