Located in the Marais district, near the center of the village, in the immediate vicinity of the marsh car park where the village market is located on Thursday mornings. Approximate distances: 450m from the Chavannes gondola, 500m from the bus station, 1.1km from the lake and 400m from the shops. Free Wi-Fi connection. Address: 38 RUE DU MARAIS 74260 LES GETS.

Description: Entrance hall + cupboards - Equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, sink, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine, fridge with small freezer, NESPRESSO coffee maker provide pods) - Lounge area closed by a sliding door with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140) and 1 TV - Bathroom (bath, washbasin) - WC. - Living room + bay window opening onto the balcony - Access to an equipped mezzanine: 1 double bed (160X200) + storage and 1 single bed separated by a curtain + A bedroom with 1 double bed + cupboard. - Condemned fireplace, prohibition to use it.
