Cozy Apartment

My brother and I stayed here for two weeks over the holidays. It had everything we needed, but lack of sheets and towels was a minor inconvenience. View of Aiguille du Midi and Aiguille du Dru from the main window! Ski storage was very convenient. Would recommend.

Brilliant holiday and a great apartment but a word of warning....

Michel was very helpful and prompt in contact before we arrived and we were met by Daniel who was also great and showed us in. The apartment is fab and catered for our young family of 5 as the bunk bed is a double and the bed in the living room is sizeable too. The views are amazing, it's right in the centre of Les Houches very close to a little supermarket and bakery. The kitchen is good and we basically had a fab stay. A word of warning though, I can't remember ever seeing this mentioned but no bedding or towels are provided. We flew from the UK so there was no way we'd ever bring our own sheets and when we asked Daniel he said they don't have any for hire. We were lucky that my sister in law could provide us some as she works locally but that could have been a nightmare. Other than that though I'd fully recommend!

Comfortable and great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable apartment. Very conveniently situated in the centre. Fab boulangerie is 50M and Carrefour only 50M more. Bus stop 2 mins. The apartment is well equipped and set up. Lovely shower is not mentioned in the details. Looking forward to returning! Merci!

le logement est idĂ©alement bien placĂ©, proche des commerces de proximitĂ©s, de l'office du tourisme avec wifi, proche de l'arrĂȘt bus navette pour accĂ©der aux tĂ©lĂ©cabines; le logement est bien Ă©quipĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence sans problĂšme avec emplacement parking, mais attention Ă©quipement neige obligatoire en cas de neige sur la route. le gardien du logement est trĂšs aimable et serviable. point faible mais non rĂ©dhibitoire: un seul jeu de clĂ© pour 5 personnes, c'est un peu juste, on ne peut pas rentrer des pistes isolĂ©ment.

appartement trÚs agréable

appartement trÚs agréable et literie trÚs confortable. Malgré une semaine sans soleil nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les ballades sont superbes et les navettes gratuites pour se rendre à Chamonix trÚs pratiques. Nous comptons retourner dans la région et nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette location.

Fonctionnel et cosy

Nous avons dĂ©couvet les Houches pendant les vacances de fĂ©vrier 2010 grĂące Ă  cette location et nous avons a-d-o-r-Ă© ! Nous avons passĂ© 1 semaine avec notre fille de 2 ans 1 2 qui a dĂ©couvert les joies de la luge grĂące Ă  la piste situĂ©e Ă  5mn en voiture. Au mĂȘme endroit, il y a un tire-fesse avec une piste de ski pour dĂ©butants. La voiture est tout de mĂȘme assez pratique pour se rendre au tĂ©lĂ©phĂ©rique du Prarion car les navettes gratuites sont blindĂ©es en faute saison ! L'appartement est cosi et vraiment fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et les lits sont douillets. En pleine vacances scolaires, nous avons trouvĂ© que le coin Ă©tait relativement calme, les pistes n'Ă©taient pas surpeuplĂ©es, nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© !
