Guest book needed to be specific to the actual unit. Seemed like the book was for a different floor (wifi directions). There were no building parking instructions given, as promised, for free weekend parking. Living room TV was not new enough for best viewing/downloading streaming apps. Had to use the bedroom TV for sports, which took away from guests ability to socialize. Doors need some WD-40 :)Overall, with above exceptions, the place was very nice. We had a clean place upon arrival, unlike some of the other reviewers. Location was perfect for downtown and campus activities.

Disgusting

We were exhausted from our drive and arrived at 130 AM to find that the condo had not been cleaned. The bed still had the sheets on it from the previous renter, there was dust from the kitchen light fixture to the kitchen faucet, none of the garbage cans had been emptied, there was a used towel on the sink in the bathroom and the shower curtain looked like someone peed on the bottoms of it (likely just mold). The place was gross. I reached out to the property manager multiple times via text and phone call. I didn’t receive a message back until around 11AM. Our daughter was competing that morning at 10AM and had to be at the Rupp center by 830 AM. Clearly we needed to sleep so we had to strip the bed so that we could. When the property manager finally got back to me she offered to send someone to clean which was greatly appreciated. However, it did not make up for the fact that we had to sleep in that mess so I was offered a refund which I have not received. It was terrible. I do not recommend

The property appeared to be newly renovated with new appliances. When entering the property it smelled heavily of a strong fragrance, this smell never subsided so I assumed it was some type of wall plug in but we never saw one. The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke that was being covered up by this same strong fragrance. None of the other rooms in the property smelled of smoke but the bathroom did for our whole stay. The smoke detector was also covered and wrapped with several paper towels. We did reach out to the property owner and let them know about the cigarette smell/smoke detector and never received a response. The sheets on the bed appeared dirty, human hair and what looked like pet hair was found on the sheets. There were several towels available but they were also dirty looking and old. Only one washcloth was available. A shower mat was hanging on the towel hanger and was covered in mold. The shower curtain was also moldy and the shower did not appear clean. On the second morning there was a large roach that was found in the kitchen/front entrance area. We picked this area as we wanted walking distance to Rupp arena and restaurants. The area and walking distance was nice but definitely would not stay at this property again.
