The space
It is important to note that although this property can sleep up to 8 people, one of the beds is a sofa bed which is located in the master bedroom along with a king-size bed. The sofa bed will comfortably sleep one adult or two children.

Drive down to the end of the driveway and you will find ample parking. You enter the property through the side door which leads into the kitchen. As you leave the kitchen, there is an extremely spacious living room to the right, a dining room straight ahead, that floods in light from patio doors either side, and a downstairs toilet to the left.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an additional sofa bed.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. I have chosen the award winning property management company, Pass The Keys, to manage my home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Pass The Keys provides a hotel standard quality of service for short-let rental properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. They also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community based Pass The Keys Team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass The Keys Property Readiness Standard.
No parties will be tolerated and a fee of £250 will be charged if any house rules are broken.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
