"The sheets were clean but not much else. Bathroom was full of mold, faucets installed backwards, rough towels, cracked and peeling cabinets."

"The hotel was nice, the room was clean. The pool was NOT heated and was freezing. We had family from in town come to the hotel to visit while we were there, the staff was very huffy about us being in the lobby/ breakfast area. They do not have a meeting/ conference room we could use. Breakfast was ok."

"I been staying at this property at least once or twice a month since Christmas Eve of 2025 I have had some issues off and on but nothing that they didn't handle and I have always requested a noon checkout never with any issues nor have I been charged but this last time I stayed I asked for a12p out didn't get a response from the front desk until that Saturday morning at 9:30 ish they told me I could have a 12:30 check out or I could have a 3:00 check out which I know from the past those have never been options and those have never been approved and I just said I just need 12pcheck out like I normally get and they said noon is fine I then asked if I was going to be charged the $20 fee since I did not need to have a check out at 12:30 or at 1:00 no response went to check out nobody was at the front desk I left my keys on the front desk as I was packing up my car and leaving the guy from the front desk was standing outside didn't think anything of it check my bank account today and I was charged $20 for a late check out which they consider 1:00. p.m. I was out of the building before noon out of the room before noon try to call to ask why I was charged cuz I've never been charged in past and I have to leave a message for the manager I like staying here but why am I being charged when I've never been charged before and I am a Wyndham reward member I just didn't book thru Wyndham this time because I was trying to save money"

"I booked this VRBO for my best friend’s bridal shower and bachelorette party over Memorial Day weekend this year, and it was the perfect venue for both. We were able to comfortably fit 20 people inside for the shower! Beautiful house, super clean and smelled amazing, super comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, lots of space in the basement for a movie/game/spa night which was exactly what we were going for. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Carol was an amazing host. She was very responsive to questions and so kind. She even left a little special gift for us and the bride to celebrate!I’d highly recommend this house to anyone. Especially if you have a larger group! It was perfect."

"We highly recommend this Lake Panorama Vrbo! The house was perfectly decorated and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The yard was absolutely beautiful, and the lake views were amazing — especially relaxing in the mornings and evenings. The hosts were very gracious, communicative, and made everything easy for us. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again!"
