The property was very nice. We did not have someone there due to our late check in however they ensured we had everything we needed to safely enter the property. It was a great location. Spacious room.

Our room 103 was very quiet. The staff was very helpful. Note that sometimes there is no one at the front desk, but at popular check-in times there was. Very handy to multiple bakeries for breakfast and a beautiful plaza where Sandeman's original free tour and other walking tours start. Comfortable bed.

This is a lovely property in a wonderful location. We walked everywhere! If you don’t want to walk transit is right around the corner. The staff was wonderful and check in was a breeze. I really liked the keyless entry.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was comfy and cozy. We had a car, and it was super close to parking, but also close to public transport if you needed it. Easy to walk to attractions and food.

The room was great and warm, and had a safe a comfy setup with a table. The staff was very responsive and accessible via Whatsapp, and made us feel very welcoming. The only minor cons were the room location facing a wall 1m away, a non-guest breaking through the main and causing lots of noise at 5am (the doors are not soundproof), and the miscommunication that the room would be available early and "within 30mins", causing us to wait and hang around the area for 3 hours. I would have preferred a straightforward answer instead.

Location could not be beat. Staff were amazing. Next door family restaurant was great. The property needs to invest in better towels and linens. It is a boutique hotel, not a hostel. The towels were all frayed and thin. Carpet in room was very dirty and gross.

Stayed for two nights. Great little hotel. Small room but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Perfect area, lots of dining options within a short walk. Close to the famous Pink Street. Would definitely recommend.

Overall, this was a good hotel. It is not fancy, but if your expectations are of a solid midlevel place this is it. Very clean, excellent job by the housekeeping folks. And the front desk staff is nice and helpful. I want to especially call out Carlos for being very helpful and very knowledgeable. Finally, it is very convenient for walking and transit.

Staff was great and room was beautiful , just no toilet paper twice and somehow a happy birthday balloon ended up in our room other wise a great stay and I would recommend .

Great location, close to all transport and walkable to all places. Close to the shops but noise can’t be heard from the room. Beautifully clean rooms. Lovely helpful staff giving us recommendations of where to eat and go. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay this weekend. Each front desk team member was courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and beautiful with lots of light. We love the area and always stay in this neighborhood when visiting Lisbon. Great shopping, restaurants and highly walkable. You can catch the Tram 28 at the next corner. Will definitely stay at this property again. Minor complaint is the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall, great accommodations.

I loved our suite. It was a perfect size for a city break and all the extra little things being made available just made the stay better. All the staff were very helpful and lovely. Highly recommend here. I would say it’s not perfect with our bathroom door not closing properly and the water temperature not being but it was perfect for us. I would stay there again if I visited Lisboa again.

This building was an old palace that was transformed into a "hotel". If you don't need the services from a big hotel group, this boutique is for you! We stayed at room 202, that has a separate small kitchen with basic itens and a lliving room. That was perfect for our needs. The area is not a quiet one, cause it was just around Praça Camões, a very touristic area, so don't expect silence or quiet surroundings, but besides that is an incredible location, 2 mins walking from Chiado Metro, Armazéns do Chiado and easy acess to Baixa e Bairro Alto. The area have many restaurants, shops, and places to buy small itens. The staff is excellent, very attentive and friendly. Cleaning was also very good. The decoration from our room was another high point. If you don't need all the luxury from a big hotel, this is for you. A hotel to come back for sure.

Overall the property was good. The air conditioning doesn’t work well and besides the hours or the front desk says were until 10pm, no one was there since 8pm, no one was answering the phone or mails so we never were able to have the air unit working properly.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room I booked with Boutique Chiado Suits in Lisbon. The room was spacious, and well appointed. The location was perfect with lots of sights in the area to explore and the location is walkable. I arrived late but the staff had provided me with clear, easy instructions on how to access the front door to the hotel and my suite.

This is an absolutely perfect little boutique hotel in a perfect location. It is beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. Our suite was gorgeous with antique tile on the walls, but completely modern bath and kitchen. We had a wonderful stay here.
