Super cool space with great touches such as the in wall vaults converted to mini bar - genius! Just a great vibe, cool furnishings, and very spacious - could have stayed for days!!

The hotel was perfectly located! In walking distance of the Time Out Market and Pink Street plus other awesome attractions. The room itself was spacious and designed with a fresh take.

Over all a good stay, try to remember European countries have a break from 1-3pm every day. Checking in during that time is not possible. The parking was the biggest obstacle for us. Street parking is difficult and need to pay at kiosks along the street. The hotel did offer parking in a garage area but with the narrow streets, limited parking area, ways of entry into the building and not knowing where we could safely park to unload makes things difficult. This hotel you can only access once you’ve checked in. There is no reception or lobby area to lounge, wait etc. just your room.

CAIS Urban Lodge is a great place to stay. It is located just next to the Pink Street which was lovely. The customer service was excellent. We stayed at the lodge twice - once at the duplex studio and the next time in a studio. Both were awesome. There is a full fridge, pots and pans. plates, utensils. There is no microwave but we didn’t miss it. Shopping was close by. We needed a universal adapter and it was easy to find.

The unit exceeded our expectation in every aspect. It is spacious, clean, and at a very good location. It has easy access to transportations ( bus, tram, metro, ferry). We were also able to walk to many attractions. The host is very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thank you hosting us!

This place was clean, super convenient to everything. Pink Street is literally across the narrow street!!! The double windows were too good that we didn't hear the hustle and bustle outside and almost over slept. Like its name; the amenities and design matched "urban"

Modern and Nice
Newly renovated building in a cool part of town. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the pace for you. Very loud until about 4am as the night clubs are close by. They did provide earplugs, which was cool. Room was nice, with kitchenette and plenty of space. Bathroom was modern and neat.

Good and clean with kitchen. Comes with only two coffee pods but shopping for milk and sugar close by. Noise outside till 4 am even with the ear plugs provided by them. Note earplugs did help a bit.

The Lodge itself is very nice but we had some big problems…we waited almost 20 minutes for the check-in person but the location is close to restaurants and amenities. But it was so noisy on Monday and Tuesday nights in mid October that is was impossible to sleep (club music lasted until 5 am in the morning). Other reviews indicated that the double doors provided adequate sound proofing however this was not the case for our room (we should have seen this upon check-in as they provided ear plugs to us!). They need to be more honest about the level of noise.

Excellent location in Lisbon.
Fantastic. The location was great for either walking to or getting public transport to everything we wanted to see. While it was very noisy outside while we were there - the soundproofing was amazing. If you want to park - but it early. This was excellent. This was the first ‘non hotel’ environment we have stayed in - in the sense that there was no reception area. However, it depends what you want. We wanted a room & this one was a great room with plenty of space. Air con was also extremely good (comparing to the other 4 hotels we’ve stayed in this week. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and exceptional
Great choice if you're looking to stay in a vibrant, happening location. The studio was lovely, super clean and with all amenities. The darkening blinds and sound proofing was excellent so you could choose when to enjoy the liveliness of the neighbourhood and when to rest. The helpfulness of the host was exceptional, with clear instructions and guidance throughout the stay. 10/10 recommend.

Can you sleep with a pounding electronic noise at?
I wish I could give a better review but the location is quite problematic because we could hear loud, vibrating electronic noise/music every night and it goes on until well after midnight. On our last night I never slept at all because the noise didn’t stop until 5:30 in the morning. The earplugs that they supplied didn’t do a thing to help. Our rooms were amazing but I would never stay there again due to the lack of sleep.

Thank you for your stay with us. I'm sorry to hear about those.Not trying to give any answer, but:The dates you were here, were the city holidays. It's a particular date with lots of people outside, partying. Even without that, this is a central zone with lots of bars and all.We do what we can to avoid noise (2 layers of windows, curtains, we even leave ear plugs as you said), but there are things that can't be controlled.If you want to try on another time, I would suggest to speak with us and book a room on the other side of the building, which is way calmer.

the property was clean and decorated nice. The only sort of complaint was that our room was a corner unit and we could hear the subway pretty well, and outside was a tiny bit noisy. To be expected staying in the city though! The room and bed were very very cozy... the location in relation to walking distance was awesome. We would probably stay again but I may just choose a different type of room :)

I stayed with three friends at this Cais urban lodge. It’s an adorable studio flat on the top floor of the building complete with a kitchen, large dining table, and small roof top balcony that looks over the city and pink street. It’s in a great central location and o would recommend it to anyone.

Location great but room was smaller than the pictures. Note this is not a hotel so there’s no check in desk and that process was a pain - constantly getting chased for my whereabouts. Probably better places to stay in the vicinity

This is not a hotel there is no reception only a man’s voice on what’s app. No place to leave luggage only in a left luggage unit nearby that gave a discount to their guests. The room was clean comfortable basic in a run down area close to the centre. A lot of restoration in the area.

We clearly say we don't have a physical reception in the building, even though we are around everyday (only give remote assistance at night unless it's a real urgent situation) and we do host every guest and meet every guest.But yes, we are not an hotel. We are a local lodge, as the name implies.Thank you and we are sorry that it didn't meet your expectations.

The hotel is in good location near many attractions and in a walking distance from the train station. The room is very small but the bathroom is specious check in was very complicated. We arrived at 19:15 but there was no one to do the check in. We needed to use an app to let us in. When returning after dinner we could not enter from the ground floor and forced to climb the street to the other entrance. The fact that there was any staff present to assist was disturbing . All communication was in whats app and as much as they where kind the overall feeling was that we need to manage everything by ourselves. This is not what we expect when staying in a hotel

Located in the heart of everything. Very near to the commerce square. Rossio square, ferry to Cristo Rei, train to Cascais etc. There is no front desk. Checkin/Checkout is contactless, but directions were clear. We had to contact the property only once during our stay and they responded promptly. An international phone plan with data is required to receive digital key.

It was a lovely place to stay. Convenient to all kinds of shopping, restaurants, transportation, etc. Extremely quiet at night even though near lots of night life (Pink Street).
