Apartment was fully equipped for our 3 day stay. (Laundry,full kitchen) The a/c did not work though but thankfully weather was not too warm or may have not been pleasant.

This apartment was fantastic! Amazing location with elevators to our floor. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Being in a busy area, we thought the apartment would be noisy but it was incredibly quiet. The temperature control was excellent. We were very happy with our stay.

We chose this apartment based on the picture. It is not what we got. The building felt safe and was in a good location; however, the apartment itself needs upgrading. The furnishings were old and worn like they were just old pieces someone no longer wanted. The couches were sucken and stained. The mattress was super hard, the internet kept going out and I was unable to use my computer for work. The a/c did not work well (the host did send someone to check and it worked for a couple of days and then not so well again). Thank God for a nice breeze outside and large windows(they were beautiful and the view was nice). The washer and dryer came in handy for our long stay. The water pressure and temp in the shower was great. It is above a club so a bit noisy at night but we didn't mind. Because we stayed 10 nights, I would have liked it to be more inviting. I really couldn't relax on the couch due to the condition and the bed took a toll on my husband. This would be a great apartment if the host would invest in the furnishing and decor. The area around was so nice that the inside of the apartment seemed out of place. It has so much major potential. Overall the host was nice and we enjoyed our time in Portugal.

Excellent location! Clean! Beds are comfortable and rooms are decent size! Cons are the main bathroom shower wets all the floor, needs a curtain, kitchen and bathrooms are slightly outdated and only one key to access apartment which makes it hard if people want to go separate ways, they have to wait for each other!

Great central location. Apartment well kept and spacious. It has several amenities, including a washer/dryer and kitchen, which are perfect for a busy traveler. Great instructions and communication with staff. Extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again.
