Really nice apartment with full kitchen and washing machine. It's located in a quieter part of the main city and super close to a train station. The area has a lot of hidden gems, especially when it comes to restaurants. Every meal we had in the area was incredible. The hosts are also very kind and accommodating. They provided us with a helpful "welcome book" with all the information you need to get around Lisbon.

Disappointing

Hate to leave bad reviews but I’m afraid this place wasn’t very good. I’ve stayed in many places in Lisbon but I am unable to recommend this one. The whole business of the key lock and storage is incredibly frustrating and time consuming. The apartment itself was clean but shabby and is in need of redecorating. The shower was poor and barely warm. The area has little to offer, although there is a nice park nearby. Sorry, but I can’t recommend. The place needs updating.

There are stairs so hope your suitcase is light. Difficulty with the lockbox, rather the key in the lockbox. Being unfamiliar with the type of key used, I would suggest having instructions within the lockbox instead of having to go to a website to see how it works with this extended key. Experienced a lot of different door locks in Portugal. Did not have a good experience the second or third night with a horrible sewer smell that permeated the place. Hard to stay there during the day. Did text the host that there was a problem through the space and responded immediately that it would be taken care of, came back and it was still smelled. Glad we were leaving early next morning. I would reconsider another place.

The apartment is very neglected and run down, in contrast to how it looks in the advertised photos. It's not even slightly renovated to look respectable enough and align with some sort of basic hosting standard. The price we paid was expensive for Portugal. I really don't think it's acceptable to rent out a place that has peeling walls, broken tiles, loosen door knobs, with stains everywhere, especially not for this kind of price. In all my years of traveling I have never experienced such a thing. This has really ruined our time in Lisbon. Coming back to an apartment that looks like this isn't a pleasant experience, and knowing how much money we spent on it is extremely frustrating. Apartments in such terrible conditions should not be offered to host tourists. Besides the conditions of the place, we didn't even have coffee in the apartment, and the towels were dirty. When we mentioned it to the host, they sent us new towels - that were dirty too. There was a bike hanging on the wall as decoration, that had large bulks of dust that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I would not recommend booking this place. The hosts completely ignored our complained about the condition of the place. Stay away.

Avant notre arrivée, la propriétaire nous a transmis un livret avec toutes les instructions détaillées pour arriver a l'appartement, depuis l'aéroport, ainsi que des conseils pratiques trÚs utiles. Nous sommes donc arrivées sans encombre le soir, dans un appartement nickel, tout était préparé pour notre confort. L'appartement est spacieux et trÚs pratique. Son emplacement etait parfait pour nous, nous avons tout fait a pied. La place de Graca a proximité offre tout le nécessaire pour faire des achats ou manger a toute heure. Bref, notre séjour a été parfait. Merci encore au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité, ses réponses à nos questions tout au long de notre séjour, et ses bons conseils. Nous recommandons+++

Appartement bien situé, hÎtes à l écoute

Notre séjour s est trÚs bien déroulé. Les hÎtes ont été trÚs arrangeant sur notre arrivée et notre départ. L arrivée est facile par un systÚme de clef rangé dans une boßte à clef avec un code. Nous avons pu facilement discuté avec les propriétaires. Nous n avons pas trop eu l' occasion d utiliser la cuisine mais l appartement est trÚs correct. L appartement est un peu en hauteur, il faut aimer marcher à Lisbonne. Les bus sont prÚs du logement, le métro n est pas trÚs loin donc l accÚs à la ville est facile. Je recommande le logement.

Excellent location

The apartment is small but enough for the 3 of us to be comfortably housed . The location can't be beaten - close to many attractions and accessible to public transport. The building had a strange smell, like the sewer had a problem. Otherwise, our stay was good and we enjoyed Lisbon very much.

Lisbonne pittoresque

Appartement bien situĂ©, petits mercados et bus tout prĂȘt, parfait pour visiter la ville aux 7 collines. Prenez vos baskets car Lisbonne monte et descend sans cesse. Les hordes de pĂšlerins des jmj nous ont fait fuir, cela a gĂąchĂ© nos sorties et dĂ©couvertes. Nous aurions pu reporter si nous avions su cela au prĂ©alable. Les lignes de bus Ă©taient parfois suspendues, nous nous sommes rabattus sur des uber, rapides et efficaces. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© Gracia et Alfama, possible Ă  pied depuis l'appartement. A refaire sans jmj !

Stopover in Lissabon

Einfache, toll gelegene Unterkunft, UBahn und Regionalbahn fußlĂ€ufig, Bus vor der HaustĂŒr, berĂŒhmte Straßenbahnlinie 28 zwei Straßenblocks weiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Check-in und -out war sehr unkompliziert und zeitlich sehr flexibel, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr nett, gut organisiert und es kam immer umgehend eine Antwort. Wir können die Unterlunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

Bon séjour

Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© ce logement pour sa localisation et sa proximitĂ© des transports en commun. Il est conforme au descriptif et dispose du nĂ©cessaire pour passer quelques jours Ă  Lisbonne. Un point nĂ©gatif cependant: c’est la chambre qui se situe cĂŽtĂ© rue et sans double vitrage. MĂȘme si la nuit la rue n’est pas trop frĂ©quentĂ©e, il y a du passage (passants pas forcĂ©ment discrets et voitures). Bon sĂ©jour tout de mĂȘme.
