the stiff was very friendly and helpful specially Ruben,the hotel was clean but the brealfast was so so.the location was a little bit far from city center.specially if you want to walk at night it is not safe at all.there was no refrigerator in room.no hair conditioner.and the shampoo and body wash was in same bottle which means no quality at all.recommend buy shampoo and conditioner.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lisbon. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location is what made it so great. Theres a laundry mat next door, plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s perfectly situated just outside of Rossio square so that it’s quiet at night but you’re still in walking distance of all the action. We would stay here again!

We were on a big family vacation. This hotel was a great place for us to meet and plan our days in Lisbon. The staff was great and hotel clean. The neighborhood was not the best but still safe

Excellent hotel - would stay again.

Lovely modern hotel within walking distance of the old town in Alfama. Our room was basic but very clean and comfortable. There was a good range of items on offer as part of the continental breakfast including fresh fruit and a wide selection of cakes and pastries. The car park is very tight and large cars would struggle.
