The property location was very easy to get to around to public transportation and in the downtown area. Instructions for entering building were sent two days prior so that worked out well. Grocery and shopping stores at foot of hill. Top of other hill are monuments and other shopping. The room was large and had everything you need as far as kitchen and enclosed balcony sitting area (overlooks crumbled area). No place to store clothes. The drain in my shower (4a) was backed up during my 4 day stay so quick showers to prevent overflow. Toilet dripped non-stop.

Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und für 4 Personen bestens geeignet. Jedoch fehlte in der Küche einige Ausrüstungsgegenstände, die Toilettenspülungen machten permanent Geräusche, bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank dreckig, der Aufzug war nicht Betriebsbereit und noch weitere Kleinigkeiten.

The property itself was fine and location great. We had a concern with communication as we learned upon arrival that we couldn’t pay onsite (even though that was offered through Expedia) and that we weren’t going to have access to the room unless we supplied a credit card number over the phone. It was late and I had my whole family standing outside the building so I gave my number. I should have been contacted about that before then. I had zero messages letting me know that payment hadn’t been received and that it would be required ahead of time to get a room. That should be the only option for this hotel in Expedia (pay ahead of time) because there is no attendant to take payments at the hotel.

Небольшой аппарат-отель около площади Rossio.

Отличное расположение в самом центре, сразу за вокзалом Rossio. Аппарат-отель небольшой. В номере - очень удобная кровать, кресло-кровать, стол, стулья, TV, небольшой шкаф, сейф. Кухня оборудована полностью: полномасштабный холодильник, плита, микроволновка, вытяжка, чайник, кофеварка, посуда и столовые приборы. Имеются стиральная машина, утюг и гладильная доска. Номер компактный. Персонала не видно. Ресепшина нет. Была небольшая заминка при регистрации: киоск самостоятельной регистрации не работал, пришлось звонить для получения кода от комнаты. Уборка 1 раз в 3 дня. Из минусов - отсутствие кондиционера для волос в ванной. Мыло, гель для душа, шампунь при уборке не пополнялись. Есть фен, биде. Халатов и тапочек нет. По обеспечению ванной на 4 звезды, конечно, не тянет. В целом нам отель понравился.

Virtual check-in was broken in the morning but the management team did not try to address until it was time to check in at 3pm. By that time, 3 families waiting to check in had already been waiting 30 mins for a representative to physically check everyone in. They could have planned better, knowing their virtual check in was broken.

Wasn’t much to look at on the outside, but inside it was very nice and modern. Kitchen was big and updated, but no soap was provided to do the dishes. TV service was ok. Check-in was only by machine and was confusing. Printed ticket didn’t have ink and so needed to rely on additional help (by a Skype phone mix) and an e-mail. Once we figured it out, it was fine. Location was good, central to a great restaurant and shopping district, and close to public transport.

Super,clean and comfortable bare bones accommodation in center of city (near train station). A couple of supermarkets just down the stairs, a bar next door and several cafes. The boxed breakfast delivered each morning was very generous and delicious. You buy the coffee downstairs or make it in the flat. Laundry and dishwasher soap is available, but no dish washing sponge, soap, paper towels, drying towel. Easy to purchase. TV is just movies, mainly in Portuguese. If in a car, parking would be a problem. Would use them again.

Nice location but...

Have stayed here before but don’t think I would again. They are good apartments and very central, but just lacking in a few basics. 1/ the shower was broken and difficult to use. 2/ the water didn’t drain properly in the bathroom. 3/ the iWIFI wasn’t very good. 4/ the tv was very limited in selection. 5/ the heater was pretty ineffective Great shame but these are fairly basic things in a small apartment/studio.

Great stay but...

The walls are paper thin at least on the 1st floor so remember to pack earplugs. Our apartment was facing a derelict building and there were a few homeless people camped in a nearby alcove. But we never had any trouble, so no need to be scared of any of that. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Lovely location with short walk to nearby bars, restaurants, cafes and shopping centre. Very close to the Rossio station.

Très bien situé!!!

Très bien. Hôtel bien situé, très propre et toute les commodités d’un petit appartement. La connexion wifi n’est pas très bonne. Plusieurs articles sont manquants dans la cuisine.
