Great hotel wirh great staff!

The staff were great! Helpful, friendly and accommodating and very professional. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable too The hotel location was perfect! A mall across the street if you need to buy emergency supplies and food. Lots of restaurants too. Depending on where you want to go, transit service was close by. Breakfast was reasonable with lots of choices. We stayed there for 3 nights

Good location but expensive.

The hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. Hotels in Lisbon have nearly doubled in price from just 5 years ago. This was expensive but still less then other hotels near airport. Also be prepared to pay the tourist tax (4euros per day) its not included.

Nearly a five star review for a nice hotel

A great choice for access to the train station for the train back down to Faro. Less than ten mins walk to the station. good sized room and bathroom and very clean and tidy. One small thing to reduce from 5 stars to 4 is the small sized safe - don't know why hotels do that. Can't fit the laptop into the safe, so have to carry it to dinner.

Great place near metro station, easily accessible from the airport. Clean and cosy. Only for the price daily water could be provided, but perhaps I miss the water saurce in the lobby, yet no info about it was given and I havent noticed. Otherwise good choice. Recommending.

It’s fine if you want a small, clean room. Staff friendly. In a quiet area. Could use some improvement in amenities. For example I had expressed the desire for a kettle in the room for tea or coffee. They brought us a kettle but would not provide tea bags or instant coffee. Also water only on first night. Thereafter no water.
