The room has enough space for 3 people. Daily service was nice. Breakfast bar has nice varieties of food and drinks. Hotel is located close to bus/metro stations, and about 20 min walk to Rossio area.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Our room was clean and the breakfast was good. However, for a hotel that advertises having A/C, we had zero air flow in our room the entire time and were unable to turn the temperature down. Our room never got below 75 degrees F (24+ C) the entire time we stayed, and we had the window open in the middle of November. The bathroom had no ventilation and would heat up the entire room every time we took a shower. When we asked the front desk, they were able to give us a portable fan which definitely helped, but if your main requirement to sleep is cool temperature, this may not be the hotel for you.

The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast buffet is high quality, many options and delicious. The location is about 30 minutes walking distance from the tourism area (Praca do Comercio), or there are options for metro and bus. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.

Nice for one night

Hotel was further away from main attractions but had plenty of restaurants near by. No parking at all. Fire department next door so expect to hear noise from them. Staff was friendly enough but asked twice to have our room safe box fixed and it was never done. Breakfast was great but room was small and certain times no place to sit. Come early or after 10 am.

The property is centrally located. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was good as well. I didn’t like the bathtub as it was super narrow and slippery. The room was nice but old including furniture and closets.

Good safe location, clean, good brkfst

I had forgot to change number of adults from 1 to 2 and I feel like we got punished for it. We were going through some difficulties in our travels and was an honest mistake with our last second booking when our plans fell thru. The front desk gentleman was a bit rude towards us about it. And we got what had to be the smallest room with the worst view of the AC ducts on 1st floor. 2 people could barely move around in the tiny room. Besides that, everyone else was very nice! All the staff was otherwise friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! The hotel is clean in great location that felt safe. The beds in Europe I feel are uncomfortable most everywhere we stayed and these weren’t much better. Overall it was a nice experience for 2 nights.

Great location.

This hotel is in a great location. While the rooms are quite small they are clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great and has lots of choice for everyone. A lounge area provides a place to relax at the end of the day with a drink. Great value to be found at this hotel.

The Family Room is the best we've ever stayed in - it is actually two rooms - one with double bed and one with a single bed, whereas all other places we stayed in family rooms just have another bed in it (often a sofa bed too).

We loved our stay at Dom Carlos Park. It is centrally localted and easy to come around the city with the bus or metro. The staff were friendly and we were happy with the service.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location Next to a subway stop. Also, next to Avenida Libertad the big shopping avenue. The rooms are not the biggest, but the hotel is very clean.
